ՄԱԿ-ը հայտնել է Իսրայելի կողմից ձերբակալված 53 պաղեստինցիների մահվան մասին

2023 թ. հոկտեմբերից ի վեր իսրայելցիների կողմից ձերբակալված հազարավոր պաղեստինցիներ դուրս են տարվել Գազայի հատվածից, ընդ որում, առնվազն 53 մարդ մահացել է Իսրայելի բանտերում և ռազմական օբյեկտներում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ տվյալները ներկայացված են ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն հանձնակատարի վարչության (ՄԻԳՀՎ)՝ Ժնևում հրապարակված զեկույցում։
«(2023 թվականի) հոկտեմբերի 7-ից հազարավոր պաղեստինցիներ, ներառյալ բժշկական անձնակազմ, հիվանդներ և հակամարտությունից փախչող տեղի բնակիչներ, ինչպես նաև գերի ընկած զինյալներ Գազայի հատվածից տարվել են Իսրայել՝ սովորաբար կապանքներով և կապած աչքերով: Նաև հազարավորները ձերբակալվել են Հորդանան գետի արևմտյան ափին և Իսրայելում», - նշվում է զեկույցում։
ՄԻԳՀՎ-ում արձանագրել են, որ որպես կանոն, «նրանց պահել են գաղտնի, առանց բացատրելու նրանց ձերբակալման պատճառները, առանց փաստաբանի հասանելիության կամ արդյունավետ դատական վերահսկողության»:
Ըստ զեկույցի՝ հայտնի է, որ առնվազն 53 պաղեստինցի կալանավորներ են մահացել իսրայելական ռազմական օբյեկտներում և բանտերում։
Զեկույցում բերված են տվյալներ կալանքի տակ գտնվողների «սարսափելի պայմանների», ինչպես նաև «խոշտանգումների և դատավարության երաշխիքների խախտումների» մասին, ինչը հարուցել է ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆոլքեր Թյուրքի «լուրջ անհանգստությունը կամայականության և այդ կալանքների՝ ըստ էության պատժիչ բնույթի առիթով»:
«Միջազգային իրավունքը պահանջում է, որ ազատությունից զրկված բոլորի հետ վերաբերվեն մարդկայնորեն և արժանապատվորեն, և այն խստիվ արգելում է խոշտանգումները կամ այլ դաժան վերաբերմունքը», - հիշեցրել է Թյուրքը:
ՄԱԿ-ի գերագույն հանձնակատարն անդրադարձել է նաև ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի մոտ հոկտեմբերից պահվող իսրայելցի պատանդների վիճակին՝ նշելով, որ նրանք ևս պահվում են սարսափելի պայմաններում, առանց բավարար սննդի և ջրի, սանիտարական վատ պայմաններում։ Ըստ զեկույցի՝ շատերին ծեծի են ենթարկում, ենթարկում սեռական բռնության։ Ֆոլքեր Թյուրքը կոչ է արել անհապաղ ազատ արձակել Գազայի հատվածում պահվող բոլոր պատանդներին, մանրակրկիտ հետաքննել բոլոր միջադեպերը, որոնք հանգեցրել են միջազգային իրավունքի լուրջ խախտումների, և պատասխանատվության ենթարկել մեղավորներին:
