Հուլիսի 29-ին ծեծկռտուք, վիճաբանություն և կրակոցներ են տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ ժամը 18։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Առինջ գյուղում վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ էլ հնչել են կրակոցներ և կան վիրավորներ, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը:

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ժամը 16։30-ի սահմաններում Առինջ գյուղի Մաշտոցի փողոցում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ խոսակցություն է տեղի ունեցել, որը հետո վերածվել է վիճաբանության Կոտայքի մարզ բնակիչներ 28-ամյա Աշոտ Բալյանի և 28-ամյա Սեյրան Աղամալյանի միջև, որի ընթացքում Ս․ Աղամալյանը իր վարած «Ford» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայից ատրճանակներով կրակոցներ է արձակել Ա․ Բալյանի ուղղությամբ, այնուհետև Մաշտոցի փողոցի 44 տան ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով Ա․ Բալյանը ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք։ Այդ ամենից հետո վիճաբանությունը շարունակվել է ապա Ա․ Բալյանն է ատրճանակով հարվածել ու մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառել Ս․ Աղամալյանին։

Դեպքի վայր մոտ 3 ժամ հետո են ժամանել Կոտայքի մարզի պարեկները:

Մինչ կժամաներ քննչական խումբը «Միքայելյան վիրաբուժության ինստիտուտ»-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին, որ «աջ ձեռքի հրազենային և դեմքի աջ թշային շրջանի վիրավորում» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը Ս․ Աղամալյանն է, իսկ կարճ ժամանակ անց «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «կրծքային աջ կեսի առաջային պատի ստորմրակային շրջանի հրազենագնդակային վիրավորում» ախտորոշմամբ «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։

Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ այդ քաղաքացին Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Վարդգես Բալյանն է։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են նաև, որ Ս․ Աղամալյանին վիճաբնության ժամանակ իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող «Սայգա» տեսակի հրազենով կրակել և հրազենային վնասվածքներ է պատճառել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 48-ամյա Գոռ Բալյանը։

Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 166 հոդ. 2 մասի 8 կետով, 167 հոդ. 2 մասի 8 կետով, 297 հոդ. 2 մասի 1 կետով, 297 հոդվածի 3 մասով, 334 հոդվածի 1 մասով և 355 հոդվածի 1 մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Կայքի տեղեկություններով վիճաբանությունը, ծեծկռտուքը և կրակոցները տեղի են ունեցել Առինջ գյուղի 25 փողոցում, ժողովրդին հայտնի «Օզոն»-ի գրասենյակի տարածքում և այդ ամենին ականատես է եղել նաև հղի կին։
