Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգն ամենակայացած համակարգերից մեկն է Հայաստանում։
2023 թվականի ընթացքում Հայաստանում գործող բանկերի ընդհանուր զուտ շահույթը կազմել է 230 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, ինչը 32.5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամով, կամ 12 %-ով պակաս է, քան 2022 թվականի ընթացքում գրանցած արդյունքը։ Բացի 2 բանկից, մնացած 16 բանկերը նշված ժամանակաշրջանում գրանցել են շահույթ: Ամենամեծ շահույթն արձանագրել է Արդշինբանկը՝ շուրջ 63 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ։ Բանկային համակարգի ընդհանուր վարկային պորտֆելը 2023 թվականի ընթացքում աճել է 21 %-ով։ 2023 թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ, ընդհանուր վարկային պորտֆելը հավասար է 5.036 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի և կազմում է ընդհանուր ակտիվների 55 %-ը։
Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակի ընթացքում Հայաստանում գործող բանկերի ընդհանուր զուտ շահույթը կազմել է 83 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, ինչը 13 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամով կամ 19 %-ով ավել է, քան 2023 թվականի 1-ին եռամսյակի ընթացքում գրանցած արդյունքը։ Բոլոր 18 բանկերը նշված ժամանակաշրջանում գրանցել են շահույթ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, բանկերի գերշահույթների, բարձր տոկոսադրույքների և հանրության՝ վարկերից կախված լինելու պայմաններում զգալի խնդիրներ են առաջանում, ինչը կարգավորելու համար մի շարք փորձառու և մտահոգ անձինք բանկային ամնիստիա հայտարարելու առաջարկ են անում։
Հայաստանում առկա աշխատավարձերը, հանրության եկամուտները բավական ցածր են, մարդիկ չեն կարողանում լավ ապրել՝ առանց վարկերի տակ ընկնելու։ Իսկ նման պայմաններում կորցնում են իրենց սեփականությունը։
«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ, ամսական մոտ 200 հազարական դրամ ստացող փոքր ընտանիքը բարդություններ ունի իր կարիքները հոգալու հարցում։ Աստված չանի, ընտանիքում մեկն էլ հիվանդանա, ծախսերը կարող են գերազանցել 600-700 հազար դրամը։
«Մարդը ստիպված բանկից վարկ է վերցնում, չի կարողանում փակել։ Ստիպված մեկ ուրիշ բանկից է վարկ վերցնում և հայտնվում տեղապտույտի մեջ։ Եվ մեր ժողովրդի մեծամասնությունը հայտնվում է վարկի տակ՝ գրավադրելով իր սեփականությունը»,- նշում է գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը։ Նրա տվյալներով, միայն Երևանում բնակվողների 25 տոկոսը չունի որևէ սեփականություն կամ սեփականությունը գրավադրված է։ 2027 թ. այդ ցուցանիշը կարող է հասնել 50 տոկոսի, իսկ 2030 թվականին՝ արդեն 90 տոկոսի։
Նման պայմաններում մտահոգիչ են հայաստանյան որոշ բանկերի վաճառքի, միջազգային կոնսորցիումների սեփականությունը դառնալու տեղեկությունները։ Չի բացառվում, որ գնորդների մեջ թուրքական կամ ադրբեջանական կապիտալով ընկերություններ լինեն, որոնք գրավների միջոցով յուրացնում են ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հողն ու տունը։
