Այսօր առավոտյան Շիրակի մարզի Ոսկեհասկ գյուղում նախնական տվյալներով հեղուկ գազի բալոնի պայթյունի հետևանքով մահացած 12-ամյա երեխան ընտանիքի ավագ զավակն էր, երկու փոքր եղբայր ուներ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 1-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմել է Ոսկեհասկի վարչական ղեկավար Մուշեղ Սահակյանը՝ նշելով, որ մյուս երեխաները պայթյունի հետևանքով թեթև վնասվածքներ են ստացել և չեն հոսպիտալացվել:

«Փլուզումը հենց երեխայի սենյակի հատվածում է տեղի ունեցել»,-պատմում է գյուղի վարչական ղեկավարը՝ նշելով, որ 7 հոգանոց ընտանիքի 6 անդամներն էլ պայթյունի ժամանակ տանն են եղել: Երեխայի 31-ամյա մայրը և 59-ամյա տատը տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Գյումրի» ԲԿ:

«Տուժածներից մեկը ամբուլատոր բուժում է ստացել, գնացել է տուն, երկրորդի մոտ աշխորոշվել են դեմքի, վերին վերջույթների և վերին շնչուղիների այրվածքներ՝ 2-րդ և 3-րդ աստիճանի, հոսպիտալացվել է մեր վնասվածքաբանական բաժանմունք»,-ասաց բժշկական կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Արմեն Խաչատրյանը: Ոսկեհասկի վարչական ղեկավար Մուշեղ Սահակյանը պատմում է՝ գյուղի բնակիչները ցնցված են տեղի ունեցածից:

«Իրենք գյուղում հարգանք, պատիվ վայելող, իրենց դառը քրտինքով աշխատող ժողովուրդ են: Երեխայի պապը Ռուսաստանում շինարարությամբ է զբաղվում, իրենք էլ այստեղ այգիներ ունեն, անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում: Հարգված խելոք ժողովուրդ են»,-պատմել է վարչական ղեկավարը:

Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են՝ նախնական տվյալներով պայթյունը տեղի է ունեցել հեղուկ գազի բալոնի արտահոսքի պատճառով՝ տան բնակչի կողմից գազօջախը միացնելու ընթացքում։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 412-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
