Օգոստոսի 1-ին «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցհարթակում օգտատերերից մեկը հրապարակել էր «Ավտոմեքենան իբրև թե արգելված վայրում կայանելու պատրվակով մոտ 10 պարեկային ծառայողներ դաժանաբար ծեծի են ենթարկել եղբորս և տարբեր կոտրվածքներով տեղափոխել ոստիկանության բաժանմունք» վերտառությամբ տեսանյութ, որում նշում էր նաև, թե իբր եղբայրն ունի «ձեռքի, թաթի մատների կոտրվածքներ»։
Հրապարակումից հետո սոցցանցում որոշ օգտատերեր նշում էին նաև, թե «բռնությունը զուգորդվել է բազմաթիվ հայհոյանքներով ոչ միայն նշված տղամարդու հասցեին, այլ նաև բոլոր արցախցիների նկատմամբ»։
ՆԳՆ ներքին անվտանգության և հակակոռուպցիոն վարչությունում նշանակված ծառայողական քննությամբ ուսումնասիրվել են ինչպես պարեկներին ամրակցված, այնպես էլ հարակից տարածքներում տեղադրված տեսահսկող սարքերի տեսագրությունները։ Պարզվել է, որ հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալման և ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին տեղափոխելու ընթացքում նշված անձը ծեծի չի ենթարկվել, նա չունի որևէ կոտրվածք, ոչ նրա, ոչ ԼՂ բնակչության հասեցին չի հնչել վիրավորական որևէ արտահայտություն, ձերբակալումն էլ կատարել են ոչ թե պարեկային 10 ծառայողներ, ինչպես նշված է հրապարակման մեջ, այլ մեկ կարգախումբ՝ երկու պարեկով։
Ձերբակալման ընթացքում տղամարդը հասցրել է հարվածներ և դիմադրություն ցույց տվել պարեկներին։ Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Որոշ օգտատերերի կողմից հրապարակված ակնհայտ սուտ և իրականության հետ աղերս չունեցող տեղեկությունները, ենթադրաբար, նպատակ ունեն թիրախավորել Պարեկային ծառայությանը, մոլորեցնել հանրությանը, ստեղծել տպավորություն, թե իբր Ոստիկանությունը առանձնահատուկ բացասական վերաբերմունք ունի ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների հանդեպ։
