Ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը դեպի Հայաստան նվազել է

Ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը դեպի Հայաստան այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում նվազել է 17 տոկոսով կամ գրեթե 90 հազարով։ Եթե 2023 թ. առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստան է այցելել 545 հազար ռուսաստանցի, ապա այս տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում՝ 452 հազար։ Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն, նվազում արձանագրվել է միայն Հայաստանում և Ղազախստանում (9 տոկոս):
Փոխարենը 26 և 31 տոկոսով աճել է ռուսաստանցիների ուղևորահոսքը դեպի Ադրբեջան և Վրաստան։ 9 տոկոսով էլ աճել է զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը դեպի Թուրքիա, որը վաղուց դարձել է ռուսների թիվ մեկ սիրելի հանգստավայրը։
Ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների թվի նվազումը տնտեսական բացասական հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Յուրաքանչյուր ռուս զբոսաշրջիկ միջինում 1000 դոլար է ծախսում Հայաստանում։ Կես տարում նման ահռելի կորուստը զգալի հետևանքներ կունենա հյուրանոցային և ռեստորանային բիզնեսի համար։
Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, նույնիսկ ամռան ամենապիկ ամիսներին հայաստանյան հյուրանոցներում և ռեստորաններում վաճառքներն ընկել են։ Զբոսաշրջիկների թվի նվազման վրա մի շարք գործոններ են ազդում, թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ տնտեսական։ Առաջին հերթին, ինչպես զգուշացնում էին բազմաթիվ վերլուծաբաններ, զբոսաշրջիկների թվի նվազման վրա ազդում է ռուսական «Միր» քարտերի սպասարկումը դադարեցնելու հայաստանյան բանկերի միահամուռ որոշումը։
Ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների տակ չհայտնվելու համար բանկերն այդպիսի քայլի գնացին, բացառությամբ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան»-ի, որը ռուսական բանկի դուստր-ձեռնարկություն է, և առանց այդ որոշման էլ արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների տակ է գտնվում։ Ազդում է նաև հյուրանոցների և ռեստորանների թանկացումը զբոսաշրջիկների համար, իսկ գումար ունեցող ռուսաստանցին նախընտրում է հանգիստը վայելել ավելի էժան և հարմար տարբերակով։
