Ամբողջ աշխարհի ուշադրությունը սևեռված է Իրանի և Իսրայելի հարաբերությունների վրա։

Տարբեր հայտարարություններ են հնչում՝ թե՛ երկու երկրների կողմից, թե՛ շահագրգիռ երկրներից։ Իրանը հայտնում է, որ Իսրայելը պետք է գիտակցի իր գործողությունների հետևանքները, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ը դիտարկում է, որ Իրանը և «Հըզբոլլահ»-ը կարող են առաջիկա 24 ժամում հարվածել Իսրայելին։

Իսրայելը, իր հերթին, դիտարկում է Իրանին կանխիչ հարված հասցնելու հնարավորությունը։ Ակնհայտ է, որ այս լարվածությունը կարող է վերածվել պատերազմի, սակայն, ի՞նչ հետևանք կարող է այն ունենալ, և ինչպե՞ս այս լարվածությունը կազդի ՀՀ-ի վրա. այս և այլ հարցերի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանի հետ։

«Այն, որ հարվածը լինելու է, միանշանակ է, սակայն, կոնկրետ պատասխան՝ հարվածի մասին, տեղեկատվություն ունի միայն և բացառապես իրանական կողմը։ Ինչ վերաբերվում է Հայաստանի վրա հնարավոր ազդեցությանը, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ իրանական կողմը ՀՀ անվտանգային ճարտարապետության կարևորագույն բաղադրիչներից մեկն է, մասնավորապես, խոսքը Սյունիքի անվտանգության մասին է. իրանական կողմի դիրքորոշումները և գործողություններն են զսպում Բաքվի բռնապետին չգնալու սադրանքների և չփորձելու ուժի կիրառման միջոցով ստանալու իր երազանքների այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»»,– ասաց Ոսկանյանը։

Իրանական ռեսուրսների ներգրավվածությունը, ըստ իրանագետի, այլ ուղղություններում, բնականաբար, կարող է ռիսկային իրավիճակ առաջացնել, ՀՀ համար ձեռտու է, որ Իրանն իր այն ռեսուրսները, որոնք օգտագործում էր ՀՀ-ի այդ անվտանգային ճարտարապետության բաղադրիչի ապահովման ուղղությամբ, ունենա, որ կարողանա ապահովել անվտանգությունն այդ հատվածում։ «Ցանկացած նման լարվածություն, բնականաբար, չի բխում Հայաստանի շահերից»։ 

«Փաստ է, որ Իսկրայելն Ադրբեջանի ամենասերտ դաշնակիցն է, նաև 44–օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում լայնորեն աջակցել է այս բարբարոսական կազմավորմանը՝ մեր դեմ մղվող պատերազմին, և հիմա էլ ադրբեջանական կողմին ցուցաբերում է լայն աջակցություն՝ թե՛ ռազմատեխնիկական, թե՛ քարոզչական իմաստով։ Ըստ էության, գործ ունենք Ադրբեջան–Իսրայել խորհրդային դաշինքի հետ, որն ուղղված է թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛, բնականաբար, Իրանի դեմ։ Իսրայել–Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունները, ըստ էության, ռիսկայնություն են առաջ բերում ոչ միայն մեզ համար, այլ նաև, մեղմ ասած, անհանգստացնում են Իրանին»,– նշեց իրանագետը։

Իրանցիները, հավելեց Ոսկանյանը, ունեն լայն գործիքակազմ իրականացնելու թե՛ մեկանգամյա գործողություն, թե՛ նաև վարելու ավելի երկարաժամկետ հյուծող քաղաքականություն։

«Իրանցիները միամիտ չեն, ակնհայտ է, որ Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուի վարչակազմը փորձում է ներքաշել Իրանին Իսրայելի դեմ լայնածավալ պատերազմի մեջ, և ընդունելով «զոհի կերպար», ԱՄՆ–ից ստանալ սահամանափակ աջակցություն։ Եվ Իսրայելին ձեռնտու է, որ Իրանը ներքաշվի պատերազմի մեջ։ Սակայն, Իրանը չի գնա լայնածավալ պատերազմի ներքաշմանը, դա չի բխում նրանց շահերից»,– եզրափակեց իրանագետը։

Հիշեցնենք, Իրանի նախագահի երդմնակալության օրը պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ խմբավորումը հայտարարել էր, որ իր քաղաքական առաջնորդ Իսմայիլ Հանիեն սպանվել է Թեհրանում իր նստավայրի վրա իսրայելական հարձակման հետևանքով։ Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը նախազգուշացրել է, որ Իսրայելը պատասխանատվություն կկրի Թեհրանում պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ շարժման քաղբյուրոյի ղեկավարի սպանության համար։
