Պարզվել են 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ին Երևանի Կիևյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանության դեպքի մի շարք էական հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ խուլիգանության մասնակիցներից երկուսի ինքնությունը, տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից։

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների, Ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական ակտիվ միջոցառումների  արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել առ այն, որ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Կիևյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակային տարածքում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Ե․Գ․–ի և ինքնությունը դեռևս չպարզված մի խումբ կողմնակիցների և Ռ․Ու․–ի ու նրա ինքնությունը դեռևս չպարզված կողմնակիցների միջև։ Այդ ընթացքում Ե․Գ․–ն և Ռ․Ու․–ն, իրենց անձի կարծեցյալ առավելությունը հասարակության մյուս անդամների նկատմամբ ցուցադրելու նպատակով, խախտելով մարդկային համակեցության կանոնները, հասարակության նկատմամբ իրավական և բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված հիշյալ անձանց հետ, միմյանց գործողությունները լրացնելով,  հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով, ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերված, իրենց մոտ պահվող հրազենով անկանոն կրակոցներ են արձակել, որի հետևանքով անհանգստության և տագնապի զգացողություն է առաջացել տվյալ տարածքի հարակից շենքի բնակիչների և պատահական անցորդների մոտ։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում Կիևյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի շքամուտքի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է 2 կրակված պարկուճ, 1 գնդակ, ինչպես նաև «Subaru» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա՝ հետևի ձախ անվաթևի վրա կրակոցի արդյունքում առաջացած անցք: Նշանակվել է դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություն:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա Ե․Գ․–ի և Ռ․Ու․–ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Որոշում է կայացվել ազատության մեջ գտնվող մեղադրյալներին դատարան ներկայացնելու հիմքով ձերբակալելու մասին:
