Մանրամասներ Փոքր Վեդիում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն մանրամասներ է հայտնել օգոստոսի 4–ին Փոքր Վեդիի գարեջրատանը տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից, որի ընթացքում սպանության փորձ է տեղի ունեցել:
Իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն, 2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, Արարատի մարզի 32–ամյա բնակիչը, մորաքրոջ որդու ծննդյան տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ, գտնվել է Փոքր Վեդի բնակավայրում գործող գարեջրատանը,որտեղ վիճաբանություն է առաջացել մի կողմից նրա և իր մտերիմների, մյուս կողմից՝ 32–ամյա տղամարդու ծանոթների միջև։ Այնուհետև, հիշյալ ծանոթներից մեկի կանչով, մի քանի անձանց հետ գարեջրատուն է գնացել նույն մարզի 26–ամյա բնակիչը, ով տեղյակ լինելով, որ գնում է վիճաբանության վայր, իր մերձավորին նեղացնողներին զենքով պատժելու վճռականությամբ,բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով իրավական և բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ, իր անձի առավելությունը մյուսների նկատմամբ ընդգծելու նպատակով, սկսել է վիճաբանել 32–ամյա տղամարդու և նրա բարեկամների հետ։
Վիճաբանության ընթացքում 26–ամյա երիտասարդը, իր գործողություններն առավել վտանգավոր դարձնելով ներկաների համար, 32–ամյա տղամարդուն ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր կրած ապօրինի զենքից՝ օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակից, մեկ անգամ կրակել է վերջինիս
մարմնի կրծքավանդակի հատվածին, որի հետևանքով 32–ամյա տղամարդը վայր է ընկել, իսկ 26–ամյա երիտասարդն իր հետ խմբի կազմում գործած մյուս անձանց հետ հեռացել է դեպքի վայրից: Վերջինս, իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված, չի կարողացել հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել․ 32–ամյա տղամարդը տեղափոխվել է «Էրեբունի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ, որտեղ բուժաշխատողների միջամտությամբ հնարավոր է եղել փրկել նրա կյանքը։
Ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարություն է տրվել 26-ամյա երիտասարդին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ։
