Ինչ է սպասվում բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիներին, որոնք չեն դիմում ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար

Արցախահայության բռնի տեղահանումից և Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի օկուպացիայից հետո անցել է գրեթե մեկ տարի: Tert.am-ը գրավոր հարցմամբ դիմել է ՆԳ նախարարությանը պարզելու՝ արցախցիների՝ Ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության փախստականի վկայականի ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո ի՞նչ է սպասվում նրանց:

Նախարարությունից պատասխանել են, որ նրանք վերցվել են ժամանակվոր պաշտպանության տակ (տրամադրվել է փախստականի կարգավիճակ) մեկ տարի ժամկետով՝ երկարաձգման հնարավորությամբ:

«Համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության 1864-Ն որոշման, 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից ՀՀ ժամանած

1) Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության ռեգիստրի հաշվառումներով անցնող անձինք,

2) ՀՀ տարածքում կամ ՀՀ-ից դուրս գտնվող այն անձինք, որոնց վերջին հաշվառման հասցեն եղել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում,

3) Այն անձինք որոնք չեն ունեցել հաշվառում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության ռեգիստրում, սակայն բնակվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծած ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով բռնի տեղահանվելուց հետո հաշվառվել են ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության կողմից վերցվել են ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության տակ մեկ տարի ժամկետով՝ երկարաձգման հնարավորությամբ»,- ասված է նախարարության պատասխանում:

Միևնույն ժամանակ ՆԳՆ-ից տեղեկացրել են, որ այժմ մշակվել է որոշման նախագիծ՝ ՀՀ կառավարության 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 26-ի թիվ 1864-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, որով սահմանվում է, որ ժամանակավոր պաշտպանությունը տրամադրվելու է մինչև 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը՝ երկարաձգման հնարավորությամբ՝ վերոնշյալ անձանց ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության ժամկետի երկարաձգման նպատակով:

Tert.am-ը նախարարությունից հետաքրքրվել է նաև՝ եթե արցախցին չի դիմում ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար, ի՞նչ է սպասվում այս դեպքում:

«ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված այն անձինք, ովքեր չեն դիմում ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար՝ համաձայն գործող կարգավորումների, նրանք շարունակում են մնալ ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության (փախստականի կարգավիճակ) տակ»,- պատասխանել են ՆԳՆ-ից:
