Ռուսաստանը մտադիր չէ օգնություն խնդրել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) իր գործընկերներից Կուրսկի մարզում Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի հարձակումից հետո։ Այս մասին Gazeta.Ru-ին ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։
«Ո՛չ, չի դիմելու։ Զարմանալի կլիներ, եթե Ռուսաստանը, որը ՀԱՊԿ-ի հիմնական երկիրն է, ինչ-որ մեկից օգնություն խնդրեր սեփական տարածքում։ Ո՞ւմ եք պատրաստվում դիմել Ռուսաստանին Կուրսկի մարզում օգնելու համար։ Ցանկանում եք ղազախների՞ն դիմել, թե՞ հայերին, ո՞ւմ: Դուք հիմար հարցեր եք տալիս», - ասել է Զատուլինը:
Կուրսկի մարզում մարտերը թեժացել են օգոստոսի 6-ի առավոտյան։ Ուկրաինայի Զինված ուժերը հատել են Ռուսաստանի սահմանը և մտել մարզի տարածք։ Արդեն երրորդ օրն է, ինչ այնտեղ մարտեր են։ Օգոստոսի 7-ին ՌԴ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Վալերի Գերասիմովը նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին զեկուցել է, որ «գործողությունը կավարտվի հակառակորդի ջախջախումով և պետական սահման դուրս գալով»։
Ըստ ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության՝ Հյուսիսային խմբի ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները ԱԴԾ-ի հետ «շարունակում են ոչնչացնել Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի զինված կազմավորումները Կուրսկի մարզի Սուդժենսկի և Կորենևսկի շրջաններում»։
