Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կուրսկի, Լիպեցկի շրջանները «կրակի տակ են». 2.5 տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ-ին հաջողվեց գործողություններ  իրականացնել հենց ՌԴ տարածքում։ Բելգորոդի մարզի Շեբեկինսկի քաղաքը սահմանակից է Ուկրաինայի Խարկովի մարզին և գրեթե ամեն օր ենթարկվում է գնդակոծության։ Տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ չորս սահմանամերձ բնակավայրեր Կուրսկի շրջանում անգամ օկուպացված են Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի կողմից։ Հասկանալու համար, թե ի՞նչ է կատարվում ՌԴ–ում, MediaHub-ը զրուցեց ռուս քաղաքագետ Վիկտոր Սապրիկայի հետ։ 

«Դա առաջին հերթին վերաբերում է Կուրսկի շրջանին, որը հարևան է Բելգորոդի և Լիպեցկի շրջաններին: Այնտեղ ռազմական բախումներ են տեղի ունեցել, ուկրաինական բանակը 15 կիլոմետր առաջ է գնացել Ռուսաստանի տարածքում, և եթե խոսում ենք իրավիճակի մասին, ապա, իհարկե, պետք է մի քիչ սպասել, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե այնտեղ ինչ է կատարվում, ինչ գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում, բայց դրանք , իսկապես, ռազմական բախումներ են՝ առաջին անգամ ՌԴ տարածքում»,- ասաց նա։

Սապրիկայի խոսքով՝ արտակարգ իրավիճակ է հայտարարված մարզերում, աշխատանքներ են տարվում՝ ներգրավված է տարածքային պաշտպանության 10 ուժ, կան նաև չեչենական ուժեր, որոնք օգնում են տեղահանվածներին բնակություն հաստատել նոր վայրերում:

Ռուս քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ ուկրաինացի զինվորականներն ուրախանալու առիթ չունեն, տեսանելի է, որ Դոնեցկում նրանք կորցնում են հենակետեր առաջնագծում, պաշտպանությունը ճաքեր է տալիս, Խարկովի մարզում նույն բանն է տեղի ունենում, այնպես որ այս ամենը հիմա նրանք ակտիվ կօգտագործեն իրենց PR-ի համար: 

«Սա, առաջին հերթին, նաև դեպի Եվրոպա ռուսական գազի մատակարարման խափանում է նշանակում, քանի որ Սուջա քաղաքում, որտեղ ամենաշատն են տեղի ունենում ուկրաինական կազմավորումների հարձակումները, այնտեղ գազաբաշխման համակարգն է, որով գազ է մատակարարվում Եվրամիություն: Հավանաբար սա Եվրոպայի կողմից շանտաժ է, ավելին՝ Եվրամիությունում բնակչության 10 տոկոսն է արդեն հավատում այս հակամարտությունում Ուկրաինայի հաղթանակին, աջակցությունը նվազում է, և պարզ է, որ եվրոպական բնակչությունը, ի տարբերություն քաղաքական գործիչներից, հոգնել է ուկրաինական թեմայից՝ ռազմական մատակարարումներից և այլն: Եվ չի բացառցում, որ Ռուսաստանի տարածքի հետ կապված նման ծրագիր է մշակվել, և ինչո՞ւ հենց Կուրսկում, որովհետև այնտեղ գազաբաշխիչ կա»,– նշեց ռուս քաղաքագետը։

Ի դեպ, Սապրիկան հերքեց խոսակցությունները, թե խոսքը ռուսաստանյան տարածքների օկուպացիայի մասին է։ «Օկուպացիայի մասին խոսք չկա, դրանք ընդամենը ռազմական բախումներ են, և ուկրաինական կազմավորումները ոչնչացվում են»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
