Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ծառայողներն օրերս մասնակցել են «Արմեն-Համիկ» եղբայրներ ընկերության կողմից 13 հազար 500 կգ ընդհանուր քաշով ոչ պիտանի հավի մսի ոչնչացմանը: Գործողությունը կատարվել է Կոտայքի մարզի Ակունք համայնքի Կոտայք գյուղում, ապրանքների ոչնչացումը կատարվել է թաղման եղանակով։

Նույն օրը պարզվել է, որ նշված ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են ոչնչացման վայր և քանդող տեխնիկայով կատարել են հողի քանդման և թաղված հավի միսը հողի տակից հանելու աշխատանքներ, որից հետո հանված ապրանքները տեղափոխել են ընկերության տարածք։ ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցները հայտնաբերել են հողի տակից հանված ապրանքները, որոնց տուփերին առկա են եղել հողի ակնհայտ հետքեր։

Սոցիալական ցանցերում տեղեկություններ կան, որ այս ընկերությունը մասնակցել է նաև բանակի համար սնունդ մատակարարելու տենդերներին, որոշ դեպքերում հաղթող ճանաչվել։ Ընկերության ղեկավարությունը ոչ միայն դեռ ձերբակալված չէ, այլև «շոու» է անվանել ՊԵԿ հաղորդագրությունը՝ հաստատելով, որ ժամկետանց սննդամթերք են վաճառում։

Ընդամենը այս մեկ դրվագը վկայում է, թե ինչպես է գործող վարչախումբը ձախողել երկրի կառավարումը բոլոր ուղղություններով, այդ թվում՝ սննդի անվտանգության։ Հողի տակից «արտաշիրմած» միսը հայտնվելու էր խանութներում, վաճառվեր քաղաքացիներին, շատերն էլ թունավորվեին, անգամ՝ մահանային։

Իսկ պետությունը, որ իր քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու, օրենքը կիրառելու պոզիտիվ պարտականություն ունի, պարզապես բացակայում է։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն օրեցօր կորցնում է պետականության վերջին նշույլները։ Կարևորը, կեցցե՛ հեծանիվը։
