Ադրբեջանը «Զորաց քարեր բնակատեղի» արգելոցը ներկայացնում է որպես «հին Ադրբեջանի» տարածքում գտնվող հուշարձան. Գեղարդ հիմնադրամն ահազանգում է

Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է պետական խողովակներով տարածել «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» կեղծ եզրույթը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին ահազանգել է «Գեղարդ» գիտավերլուծական հիմնադրամն՝ ընդգծելով, որ այս անգամ թիրախում Ադրբեջանից դուրս ապրող ադրբեջանցի և այլազգի երիտասարդներն են։ «Օգոստոսի 6-ին Բերձորում «Սփյուռքի երիտասարդության հինգերորդ ամառային ճամբար»-ի շրջանակներում, որին մասնակցում էին աշխարհի 60 երկրների շուրջ 115 երիտասարդներ, տեղի է ունեցել «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի համայնք» կազմակերպության ղեկավարության հանդիպումը ճամբարականների հետ։Սա Հեյդար Ալիև հիմնադրամի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության Սփյուռքի հետ աշխատանքի պետական կոմիտեի կողմից կազմակերպված հերթական միջոցառումն էր:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան համայնք» կազմակերպության անդամները ելույթ են ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքի հանդեպ ադրբեջանական բացահայտ նկրտումների, «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» կեղծ թեզի մասին։ Միջոցառմանը ցուցադրվել են «Մոտիկից հայացք Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին» վավերագրական ֆիլմը, լուսանկարների սահիկաշար, որտեղ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատմաճարտարապետական հուշարձանները, բնական լանդշաֆտները ներկայացված են որպես «հին ադրբեջանական»»,- նշված է Հիմնադրամի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
Նաև շեշտվում է, որ ի թիվս այլ հուշարձանների՝ որպես «հին Ադրբեջանի տարածքում գտնվող հուշարձան» է ներկայացվում նաև Սիսիանի տարածաշրջանում գտնվող «Զորաց քարեր բնակատեղի» պատմամշակութային արգելոցը։«Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարածաշրջանի ժառանգության ինքնության կեղծման և սեփականաշնորհման քաղաքականությունը միտված է օրինականացնել Ադրբեջանի հավակնությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և առհասարակ տարածաշրջանի նկատմամբ։
Ադրբեջանական պետական քարոզչությունը չի սահմանափակվում միայն հայկական ժառանգության բռնայուրացմամբ․ այն ընդգրկում է նաև Իրանի Ատրապատական նահանգի մշակութային ժառանգությունը։ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության յուրացումը և խեղաթյուրումը, ծավալապաշտական քաղաքականությունը սպառնալիք է հայ ժողովրդին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների թիրախում են հատկապես երիտասարդ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչները, որոնց հրամցվում են հայատյաց, նենգափոխված պատկերացումներ տարածաշրջանի պատմության և մշակույթի մասին, կազմակերպվում են միջոցառումներ, որտեղ տեղի է ունենում ալիևյան ռեժիմի կողմից ուղղորդված «ուղեղների լվացում»։ Այսպիսով՝ նմանատիպ միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը և դրանցում երիտասարդներին ընդգրկելը ցույց է տալիս, որ ադրբեջանական պետությունն իր առջև խնդիր է դրել ապահովել հայատյաց քաղաքականության սերնդափոխությունը»,- եզրափակվում է հայտարարությունը:
