Աշխարհի բրոնզե մեդալակիր, Եվրոպայի չեմպիոն Վազգեն Թեւանյանը դուրս մնաց հետագա պայքարից, հայտնում է news.am-ը։

Ազատ ոճի ըմբշամարտի օլիմպիական մրցաշարի 65 կգ քաշայինների քառորդ եզրափակիչում Թեւանյանին հաղթած աշխարհի բրոնզե մեդալակիր, Ասիական խաղերի չեմպիոն, Ասիայի կրկնակի փոխչեմպիոն, Մոնղոլիայի ներկայացուցիչ Տումուր Օչիրին Տուլգան պարտվեց կիսաեզրափակիչում: Վազգեն Թեւանյանը զրկվեց բրոնզե մեդալի համար հետագա պայքարից:

Աշխարհի բրոնզե մեդալակիր, Եվրոպայի չեմպիոն Վազգեն Թեւանյանը քառորզ եզրափակիչում ծանր գոտեմարտում 5:7 հաշվով էր պարտվել մոնղոլ ըմբիշին: 

Մեկնարկային 1/8 եզրափակիչում Թեւանյանը 11:0 հաշվով հաղթել էր Վրաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Գոդերջի Ձեբիսաշվիլիին:

Ազատ ոճի ըմբշամարտի Հայաստանի թիմն առանց մեդալի ավարտեց պայքարը Փարիզի Օլիմպիական խաղերում:

Հաբեթնակ Կուրղինյանի գլխավորած հավաքականից Օլիմպիական խաղերի մասնակցության իրավունք էր նվաճել աշխարհի եռակի բրոնզե մեդալակիր, Եվրոպայի քառակի չեմպիոն Արսեն Հարությունյանը (57կգ): Փարիզ-2024-ում մեկ գոտեմարտ հաղթելուց հետո Արսեն Հարությունյանը չէր հաղթահարել երկրորդ շրջանը եւ նույնպես դուրս մնացել հետագա պայքարից:

15 մասնակցից բաղկացած Հայաստանի օլիմպիական հավաքականում պայքարի մեջ մնաց միայն +102 կգ քաշային ծանրորդ, Եվրոպայի չեմպիոն, աշխարհի փոխչեմպիոն Վարազդատ Լալայանը, որը մրցահարթակ դուրս կգա Երեւանի ժամանակով 22:30-ին:
