Կոնվերս Բանկը միացել է ՄԱԿ-ի «Գլոբալ պայմանագիր» միջազգային նախաձեռնությանը (UN Global Compact)՝ հաստատելով հավատարմությունը պատասխանատու բիզնեսին և կայուն զարգացմանը:
«Գլոբալ պայմանագիր»-ն աշխարհի խոշորագույն կորպորատիվ կայունության նախաձեռնությունն է, որն իրականացվում է ՄԱԿ-ի անմիջական վերահսկողությամբ: Այն խրախուսում է բիզնեսի ռազմավարությունն ու գործողությունները ՄԱԿ-ի կայուն զարգացման առանցքային սկզբունքներին համապատասխանեցնելուն, որոնք բխում են Մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր հռչակագրից, Շրջակա միջավայրի և զարգացման մասին Ռիոյի հռչակագրից, Աշխատանքի միջազգային կազմակերպության Աշխատանքի հիմնարար սկզբունքների և իրավունքների մասին հռչակագրից և ՄԱԿ-ի Կոռուպցիայի դեմ կոնվենցիայից:
Կոնվերս Բանկի Գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն, Տնօրինության նախագահ Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանն ասել է. «Այս անդամակցությունն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է Բանկի արժեքներին և առաքելությանը: Մենք հավատարիմ ենք «Գլոբալ պայմանագրի» սկզբունքները մեր կորպորատիվ ռազմավարության և առօրյա գործունեության մեջ ինտեգրելուն՝ նպաստելով հասարակության և շրջակա միջավայրի կայուն զարգացմանը»:
Որպես ՄԱԿ-ի «Գլոբալ պայմանագրի» անդամ՝ Կոնվերս Բանկի գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններն են լինելու.
- Խթանել շրջակա միջավայրի, կլիմայի, սոցիալական և բնապահպանական գործոնների նկատմամբ ավելի մեծ պատասխանատվությունը, զարգացնել և տարածել էկոլոգիապես մաքուր տեխնոլոգիաները,
- Պահպանել աշխատանքի չափորոշիչները, վերագնահատել աշխատուժի և մարդկային կապիտալի ներուժը,
- Հարգել միջազգայնորեն հռչակված մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը և ապահովել դրանց պահպանումը յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցի և հաճախորդի կողմից,
- Բոլոր հնարավոր եղանակներով պայքարել կոռուպցիայի դեմ:
ՄԱԿ-ի «Գլոբալ պայմանագրին» անդամակցությամբ Բանկը հնարավորություն է ստացել, Պայմանագրի մյուս մասնակիցների հետ համագործակցելով, ներդնել համաշխարհային լավագույն փորձը և համատեղ ջանքերով առաջ մղել կայունության համաշխարհային օրակարգը:
Նշենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի այս նախաձեռնության մասնակից է աշխարհի շուրջ 160 երկրից ավելի քան 20.000 կառույց, այդ թվում՝ մի շարք համաշխարհային առաջատար բանկեր, ինչպիսիք են՝ Groupe BPCE, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, TBC Bank, Bank of America, China Development Bank, Deutsche Bank AG և այլն:
