Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հաստատել է սկանդալային տեղեկությունները

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն վերջապես հաստատել է տեղեկությունները, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ռուսաստանի հետ փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրվել Գորիս–Կապան մայրուղու վրա սահմանային վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ։
2024–ի օգոստոսի 1-ից Հայաստանում ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանային վարչությունը պաշտոնապես դադարեցրել է իր գործունեությունը «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի անցակետում։ Մինչ այդ ՌԴ սահմանապահները սկսել էին հեռանալ Սյունիքից, մասնավորապես` Գորիս–Կապան–Ճակատեն հատվածից, որտեղ տեղակայված էին։ Դրա համար հիմք էր հանդիսացել 2024 թվականի մարտի 1-ի հայկական կողմի համապատասխան դիմումը։
Ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների, ռուս սահմանապահները Սյունիքում և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի այլ հատվածներում հենակետեր ստեղծել էին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խնդրանքով։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանն ամիսներ առաջ խորհրդարանում պնդում էր, թե որևէ իրավական հիմք չկա ռուսական հենակետների գոյության համար։ Հարցը սրվել էր Ներքին Հանդում տեղի ունեցած դեպքից հետո, երբ հայկական կողմը չորս զոհ էր տվել։ Իշխանությունները ռուսական կողմին մեղադրել էին ինքնիրավչության մեջ, պնդել, թե ԵՄ դիտորդներին թույլ չեն տվել մուտք գործել Ներքին Հանդի տարածք։
Պարզվում է, որ Փաշինյանն այս հարցում էլ ստում էր։ Դեռ 2021 թվականին ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը ոչ պաշտոնական հուշագրի տեքստ էր հրապարակել, որը հայկական կողմը չէր հաստատել։ Միայն այժմ ԱԳՆ-ից նշել են, որ նման փաստաթուղթ կա, սակայն չեն կարող այն ներկայացնել, քանի որ ԱԳՆ-ում չի գտնվում։ Ըստ ամենայնի, հուշագիրը ստորագրվել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, ներկայումս ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի կողմից։
Հարությունյանը նաև մեկ այլ փաստաթուղթ էր ստորագրել, որով Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը և Սյունիքի Շուռնուխ գյուղի մի հատվածը փոխանցվել էր Ադրբեջանին, իսկ ԱԳՆ-ն տեղյակ չէր եղել։
Սկանդալային այդ հայտարարությունը նախկին արտգործնախարար Արա Այվազյանն էր արել օրեր առաջ։ ՀՀ իշխանություններն այդ փաստաթղթի վերաբերյալ էլ որևէ մեկնաբանություն չէին արել։
