IDBank and Idram at the "Horizon" Camp: The Power of One Dram

On August 7, employees of IDBank and Idram visited the "Horizon" camp organized by the "Powerful Mind" NGO in the village of Marmarik, Kotayk region. The camp's main sponsor, “The Power of One Dram" initiative, directed the funds collected in June, totaling AMD 4,046,161, to support the camp. Thanks to this contribution, approximately 100 young people aged 14 to 19 from the regions, as well as from Artsakh and Javakhk, had the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, interact with experts, and establish valuable connections.

The "Horizon" camp is an educational initiative, and supporting education is a key priority for Idram and IDBank, as it lies at the heart of the companies' corporate social responsibility efforts. "During this stage of the camp, more than 100 children received education in leadership and many other skills essential for their future lives," said Tatevik Vardevanyan, Head of Communications and CSR department at IDBank and Idram.

"The idea behind “The Power of One Dram” is truly compelling because small contributions from many people can create significant benefits. Such funding and support for various programs lay the foundation for other companies to join similar initiatives, which is especially important," emphasized Mher Mkrtchyan, President of the "Powerful Mind" NGO.

Idram Junior also joined the warm and memorable meeting, bringing an engaging intellectual game for the camp participants and presenting gifts to the winners. The companies' employees also held a discussion on financial literacy with the campers.

At the end of the event, the ten most active campers received loyalty points, idcoins, from IDBank and Idram worth 60,000, 40,000, and 30,000 drams, which can be spent at over 22,000 points of sale where Idram QR payments are accepted.
