Ամփոփվել է «Լավաշ. Միասնականության և հզորության խորհրդանիշ» ծրագիրը

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ, «Արդինի» կրթամշակութային և տուրիզմի զարգացման հիմնադրամի նախաձեռնությամբ իրականացված «Լավաշ. միասնականության և հզորության խորհրդանիշ» ծրագիրն ամփոփվել է համանուն ֆիլմի նկարահանմամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից:
Ֆիլմը պատմում է ծրագրի մասին՝ ներկայացնելով դրվագներ ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզի Արևիկ համայնքում լավաշի թխման գործընթացի, լավաշի թխման վարպետաց դասերի և արդեն 2-րդ տարին իրականացվող «Լավաշի կախարդանքը» փառատոնի մասին:
Արևիկ համայնքը դեռ խորհրդային տարիներից հայտնի է կարմրահատ ցորենից պատրաստված լավաշ հացի թխման ավանդույթով, այն բոլոր կին հացթուխներով, որոնց գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները կարիք ունեն պահպանության և փոխանցման: Ծրագրի կրթական հատվածն ուղղված էր լավաշի մասին տեղեկությունների և թխելու հմտությունների ուսուցմանը, որին մասնակցել են Գյումրիի և Արևիկ համայնքի ավելի քան 80 երեխա: Լավաշի մասին դասեր են տեղի ունեցել Գյումրիի թիվ 11 դպրոցում, ինչպես նաև լավաշի թխման վարպետության գործնական դասեր՝ Արևիկ համայնքում, թոնրի շուրջ՝ լավաշի փռում:
Նշենք, որ ծրագրի մաս կազմող փառատոնն այս տարի նվիրված էր հայկական լավաշ թխելու ավանդույթը 2014 թ. ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մարդկության ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ներկայացուցչական ցանկում գրանցելու 10-ամյակին:
Փառատոնի ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել տարբեր մշակութային միջոցառումներ՝ լավաշի թեմայով բեմականացում և գեղանկարների ցուցահանդես, պատ-գեղանկարի (սթրիթ արտ) ստեղծում, կարպետագործության և ուլունքագործության վարպետաց դասեր, Գյումրիի հուշանվեր-դռների պատրաստում, երեխաների համար՝ կավճանկարչություն և երաժշտություն՝ նորաստեղծ «Ֆոլկաստիկ» բենդի կատարմամբ: Գյուղական մթերքներով լի տաղավարները ներկայացրել են Արևիկ և հարակից գյուղերը՝ ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզի Հայկավան, Հացիկ, Փոքրաշեն, Կարմրաքար, Բաշգյուղ: Տեղի է ունեցել լավաշի և այլ ուտեստների համտես, ինչպես նաև ներկայացվել է արցախյան խոհանոցը։
