Դարձ ի շրջանս յուր. ի՞նչ է կատարվում Հայաստանի խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Անդրադառնալով 2024թ. հունվար-մարտ ամիսների՝ Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցանկին՝ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ վերջին տարիներին առաջին անգամ ցուցակը ոչ թե ԶՊՄԿ-ն էր գլխավորում, այլ ներմուծմամբ և վաճառքով զբաղվող «Մոբայլ սենթր» ընկերությունը: Դա իսկապես ամենամեծ անակնկալն էր: Միևնույն ժամանակ նշել էինք, որ հաջորդ եռամսյակում Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի վճարած հարկերը մի քանի անգամ կգերազանցեն առաջին եռամսյակի հարկերը, և ԶՊՄԿ-ն կվերադառնա առաջին հորիզոնական։ Իր հերթին, կոմբինատը նշել էր, որ «առաջին եռամսյակում չեն արտացոլվում տարեկան հաշվետվությունները, որոնք, ըստ հարկային օրենսգրքի, ներկայացվում են ապրիլին, և տարեկան վճարների մեծ մասը՝ ռոյալթիի և շահութահարկի մասով, արվում է այդ ամսին»:
Այդպես էլ եղավ. 2024թ. առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներով, 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցանկը կրկին գլխավորում է ԶՊՄԿ-ն՝ վճարած հարկերով կրկնակի գերազանցելով արդեն երկրորդ տեղում գտնվող նույն «Մոբայլ սենթրին»: Ավելին, ԶՊՄԿ-ի վճարած հարկերը 4 անգամ ավելին են առաջին եռամսյակի ցուցանիշից և կրկնակի ավելի՝ անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ:
2024 թ. առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներով, երրորդը «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» է, չորրորդը՝ «Գրանդ տոբակոն», հինգերորդը՝ «Փրիթի Ուեյը», նույն ինքը՝ «Վեստան»: Այստեղ ուշագրավ է, որ առաջին հնգյակում միանգամից երկու կազմակերպություն զբաղվում է հեռախոսների ու այլ տեխնիկայի ներկրմամբ ու վաճառքով: Տնտեսագետներն այս առումով արդեն իսկ որոշակի պատճառներ են նշում, բայց դա առանձին քննարկման թեմա է:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ բավական էական առաջընթաց է գրանցել Հայաստանի արտահանման զարկերակը համարվող «Սպայկա» ընկերությունը: Եթե 2023 թվականի հունվար-հունիսին այս կազմակերպությունը 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցանկում 128-րդն էր, ապա այս տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում ոչ միայն լավագույն հարյուրյակում է, այլև առաջադիմել է միանգամից 43 հորիզոնականով: «Սպայկայի» վճարած հարկերը համեմատելի ժամանակահատվածում ավելացել են մոտ 600 մլն դրամով:
Առաջատար հարկատուների ցանկում շարունակում են իրենց դիրքերն ամուր պահել բանկերը: Սակայն այս ոլորտին, ինչպես և արտադրողներին կանդրադառնանք առանձին հրապարակմամբ:
