Ի՞նչ զարգացումներ կան հայ-հնդկական հարաբերություններում․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
journal-neo.su-ն «Հայաստան-Հնդկաստան գործընկերությունը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հնդկաստանը ավելի քան մի քանի հազարամյակ պատմական և քաղաքակրթական կապեր ունի Հարավային Կովկասի հետ։ 1992 թվականին Հնդկաստանը ճանաչել է Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի անկախությունը։ Վերջին տասնամյակում Հայաստանի և Հնդկաստանի միջև երկկողմ հարաբերությունները զարգանում են կանոնավոր քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների և խորհրդարանների միջև համագործակցության մեխանիզմների միջոցով։ Մինչ Հայաստանը դիտարկում է Հնդկաստանը և Իրանը որպես նոր ռազմավարական գործընկերներ, Հնդկաստանը ձգտում է ավելի նշանակալից դեր խաղալ Հարավային Կովկասում տեղի ունեցող միջազգային գործընթացներում՝ հասնելով տարածաշրջանի հիմնական քաղաքական խաղացողների հետ կապերի «ռազմավարական խորության»:
Նյու Դելին, իր քաղաքականությունը հիմնելով միջազգային պարտավորությունների բարեխղճորեն կատարման սկզբունքների վրա և ձգտելով բազմաբևեռ աշխարհի, զգույշ է պահում իրեն, որ չվատանան Վաշինգտոնի հետ իր հարաբերությունները, կամ նրա ուշադրությանը չարժանանա Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում այնպիսի այլ խաղացողների հետ կապերը, ինչպիսիք են Ռուսաստանը և Իրանը: Իսկ ընդհանրապես, Հնդկաստան-Իրան և Ռուսաստան-Հնդկաստան շահերը մեծապես փոխլրացնում են միմյանց, և Հարավային Կովկասում Հնդկաստանի ներկայության ավելացումը կարևոր է Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի համար: Ներկայում Հնդկաստանը դարձել է Հայաստանի առանցքային գործընկերը ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության ոլորտում, հնդկական արտադրության զենքի արտահանումը Հայաստան գնահատվում է 2 մլրդ դոլար: 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը քննադատել էր Հնդկաստանին Հայաստան զենք արտահանելու համար և խնդրել զերծ մնալ Երևանին պաշտպանական տեխնիկա մատակարարելուց։
Դա առաջացրել էր Հնդկաստանի բացասական արձագանքը։ Դելին կարծում է, որ հնդկական պաշտպանական զենքի արտահանումը Հայաստան խթան կդառնա երկկողմ համագործակցության ամրապնդման համար, նաև ծրագրվում է ավելացնել հնդկական մատակարարումների մակարդակը՝ այն հասցնելով ավելի քան 10 մլրդ դոլարի։ Ավելացնենք միայն, որ այս տարեվերջին Հնդկաստանը կսկսի Հայաստանին մատակարարել սեփական արտադրության «Akash 1S» զենիթահրթիռային համակարգեր։
