Այսօր՝ օգոտսոտսի 15-ին, Կառավարության հերթական նիսիտ ժամանակ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանն իր զեկույցում նշեց, որ նախագծով առաջարկվում է աջակցություն տրամադրել Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում արտակարգ իրավիճակի հետևանքով հայտարարված աղետի գոտիներում տուժած տնտեսվարողներին աղետի հետևանքով առաջացած դժվարությունները հաղթահարելու և տնտեսական գործունեությունը շարունակելու նպատալով։

Տնտեսվարողների վնասվածությունը դասակարգվել է երեք աստիճանի՝ ցածր, միջին և բարձր, որն էլ հիմք է հանդիսանում ծրագրի շրջանակում տրամադրվող աջակցության չափի հաշվարկման համար։

«Ներկայացվող ծրագրի շահառու են հանդիսանում աղետի գոտիներում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն իրականացնող և աղետից տուժած առևտրային կազմակերպությունները կամ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը, ինչպես նաև աղետից տուժած ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության վայր հանդիսացող անշարժ գույքի սեփականատերերը»։

Տարածքի մասով նա հայտնեց, որ տրամադրվող աջակցությունը 1 քմ-ի համար համար 6600 դրամ է, առավելագույնը 1 մլն 200 հազար դրամ, միջին՝ 1 քմ-ի համար 14 հազար 900 դրամ, առավելագույնը՝ 1 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ, և բարձր՝ 1 քմ-ի համար 24 հազար 800 դրամ, առավելագույնը՝ 1 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ։

Այս բաղադրիչով աջակցություն է տրամադրվելու ծուրջ 150 տնտեսվարողի, որի ընդհանուր գումարը կազմելու է մոտ 140 մլն դրամ։

Բաղադրիչ երկու՝ կախված տնտեսվարողի 2023 թվականի համար պետական բյուջե վճարված հարկերի չափից։

Ցածր՝ նվազագույնը 200 հազար դրամ, առավելագույնը՝ 5 միլիոն դրամ, միջին՝ նվազագույնը 200 հազար դրամ, առավելագույնը՝ 10 միլիոն դրամ, բարձր՝ նվազագույնը 200 հազար դրամ, առավելագույնը՝ 15 միլիոն դրամ։

Կրկին 150 տնտեսվարողի է այս բաղադրիչով աջակցություն տրամադրվելու, ընդհանուր գումարը կազմելու է մոտ 150 մլն դրամ։

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ընդհանուր տրվելու է մոտ 300 միլիոն դրամի աջակցություն։ Այն ստանալու համար տուժած տնտեսվարողները դիմում են ներկայացնելու էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն՝ օգոստոսի 25-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 15-ը։

Կառավարության քննարկմամբ որոշումն  ընդունվեց։
