Իշխանությունը չարաշահում է ԽԾԲ-ն

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմակիցները միաբերան հայտարարում էին, թե պաշտոններ նշանակելիս հաշվի են առնելու մարդկանց մասնագիտական հմտություններն ու կարողությունները, իսկ չարաբաստիկ «խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամ» սկզբունքից հրաժարվելու են որպես արատավոր պրակտիկա։
Ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանն առիթը բաց չէր թողնում նախկին իշխանություններին մեղադրելու ծանոթներին ու մտերիմներին պաշտոնների նշանակելու համար։ Այսօր, Հայաստանն աղետի բերած իշխանափոխությունից վեց տարի անց կարելի է փաստել, որ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբն իր կադրային քաղաքականության մեջ առաջնորդվում է բացառապես ԽԾԲ սկզբունքով, իսկ պաշտոնները բաժին են հասնում միայն յուրայիններին, յուրայինների ընտանիքի անդամներին։
Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի խորհուրդի ձևավորած հանձնաժողովը վաղը մրցույթ է անցկացնելու՝ Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհրդի անդամ ընտրելու համար։ Առաջադրված բոլոր թեկնածուները կանայք են։ Բանն այն է, որ օրենքով խորհրդի յոթ անդամներից առնվազն երեքը պետք է մեկ սեռի լինեն։ ՀՀԽ-ում այժմ կին է միայն գրող Արփի Ոսկանյանը։
Շաբաթներ առաջ խորհրդի կազմից հրաժարական էր ներկայացրել հրապարակախոս Վահրամ Մարտիրոսյանը և թափուր տեղի համար դիմումներ միայն կանանցից են վերցրել։ Առաջադրված թեկնածուներից մեկը Մարգարիտա Մինասյանն է՝ Գյումրիում գործող «Ցայգ» հեռուստաընկերության տնօրենը, որը նաև վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի մամուլի քարտուղար, նախկին պատգամավոր Նազելի Բաղդասարյանի մայրն է։
Նույնիսկ իրավապաշտպաններն են փաստում, որ նրա «ընտրությամբ» «տհաճ հետևանքներ» կարող են լինել, բայց դա գործող իշխանություններին բնավ չի հուզում։ Ցանկացած պաշտոնի պետք է նշանակվի յուրայինը, Փաշինյանի թրի տակով անցածը։ Հատկապես Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհրդում, որտեղ լուրջ ցնցումներ են՝ Հանրային ռադիոյի նախկին տնօրեն Գարեգին Խումարյանի ազատումից հետո։
