Օգոստոսի 15-ին, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Վարագավան բնակավայրի ղեկավարի աշխատասենյակում ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել, հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը։

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի էին և ոստիկանները ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, ապա դրա արդյունքում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով պարզել են, որ ժամը 16։30-ի սահմաններում Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչներ 28-ամյա Կալին Մանուչարյանը 28-ամյա Դավիթ Կարապետյանի հետ միասին գնացել են Վարագավան բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար 42-ամյա Արմեն Աբրահամյանի աշխատավայր, մտել նրա աշխատասենյակ և կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ Կ․ Մանուչարյանը սկսել է զրուցել վարչական ղեկավարի հետ, որը այնուհետև վերածվել է վիճաբանության, որի ժամանակ Կ․ Մանուչարյանը հայտնել է, որ գյուղի տերերը իրենք են ու սկսել է հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնել Ա․ Աբրահամյանի հասցեին, հարձակվել նրա վրա և հարվածներ հասցրել դեմքին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ, ապա դիմել փախուստի։ 

Արդեն վիրավոր վիճակում Ա․ Աբրահամյանը իր վարած «ՎԱԶ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դեպի Վարագավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցի ուղղությամբ հետապնդել է նրան, այդ ընթացքում դպրոցին հարակից տարածքում Բերդ-Վարագավան ավտոճանապարհին վերջինս մեքենայի առջևը իր կողմից վարվող «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով փակել է Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 37-ամյա Կարեն Միրզոյանը և Կ․ Մանուչարյանի հորեղբայրը, Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 56-ամյա Արամ Մանուչարյանը, ով ուղևորի նստատեղից իջել է ձեռքին ունենալով ինքնաձիք, սկսել է հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնել Վարագավանի վարչական ղեկավարի հասցեին, որ կսպանի, ապա մարտական դիրքի է բերել ինքնաձիգը ու այդ պահին նրանց և Ա․ Աբրահամյանի միջև սկսվել փոխադարձ ծեծկռտուք, որի ընթացքում վարչական ղեկավարին հաջողվել է Ա․ Մանուչարյանի ձեռքից խլել ինքնաձիգը, որից հետո Ա․ Մանուչարյանը դանակով փորձել է հարվածել Ա․ Աբրահամյանին, որը նրան չի հաջողվել և Կ․ Միրզոյանը «Mercedes»-ով դիմել է փախուստի։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ոստիկանները ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ Կ․ Մանուչարյանին, Ա․ Մանուչարյանին և Կ․ Միրզոյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ 

Ինքնաձիգը ոստիկանները ներկայացրել են քննիչին։
