ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից արձագանքել են ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ին

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն Հայաստանի պատմության նոր դասագրքերի բովանդակությունն անվանել էր «խիստ կասկածելի»՝ նշելով, որ նոր ձեռնարկի գլուխներից մեկում, «Արևելյան Հայաստանի բռնի միացումը Ռուսաստանին» սադրիչ վերնագրի ներքո, խեղաթյուրված են 18-րդ դարավերջի և 19-րդ դարասկզբի Հարավային Կովկասի իրադարձությունները։ Ըստ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի՝ վերանայման են ենթակա 1826-1828 թվականների ռուս-պարսկական պատերազմի արդյունքների գնահատականները․ «Թուրքմենչայի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կոչվում է Արևելյան Հայաստանի «բռնակցում»։ Նման մատուցումը կարող է տարակուսանք առաջացնել ցանկացած պատմաբանի մոտ»,- ասված է հայտարարությունում։
ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն, որտեղից հայտնեցին, որ հայոց պատմության 8-րդ դասարանի նոր դասագրքի հետ կապված եղել են որոշ անհանգստություններ, մտահոգություններ թեմաների վերնագրերից մեկում «բռնակցում» բառն օգտագործելու վերաբերյալ․ «Մենք ստացել ենք անհանգստություններ արտահայտող տարբեր ահազանգեր, որից հետո հեղինակային խմբի հետ աշխատանք է տարվել, առաջարկվել է վերանայել այդ մոտեցումը, և հեղինակային խումբը ենթավերնագրի, վերնագրի ձևակերպումը վերանայել է ու համապատասխանեցրել այն ձևակերպումներին, որը կա «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկայի առարկայական ծրագրում։
Այս պահին դասագրքի խմբագրված տարբերակն ուղարկվել է դասագրքերի շրջանառու հիմնադրամ, որը կայքում կտեղադրի փոփոխված տարբերակը, և տպագրության կգնա այդ փոփոխված տարբերակը։ Սա ոչ այնքան վրիպում է, որքան այն, որ հարցը, գուցե, այդ տեսանկյունից չէր դիտարկվել։ Բայց այստեղ շատ կարևոր կարգավորում կա․ դասագիրքը երաշխավորելուց հետո պարտադիր հրատարակվում է կամ նախարարության պաշարների շտեմարանում, կամ դասագրքերի շրջանառու հիմնադրամի կայքում, և 2 շաբաթ ժամանակ է տրվում, որպեսզի դասագիրքն օգտագործող ուսուցիչները, ծնողները, հասարակությունը կարողանան նոր դասագրքերի հետ ծանոթանալ, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս լրացուցիչ «աչք» ունենալ, և եթե կան որոշ վրիպումներ, դրանք նույնպես վերանայվեն մինչև տպագրության գնալը»,- ասաց ԿԳՄՍՆ հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Թամարա Սարգսյանը։
