Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սեփական ոստիկանապետությունն է ստեղծում, իսկ իրավապահ բոլոր կառույցները դարձել են նրա անձնական թիկնազորը, Հայաստանում քրեածին իրավիճակի կտրուկ վատթարացում է նկատվում։ Քրեական հանցագործները պարզապես մոլեգնում են 30-ականների Չիկագոյի ոճով, իսկ ոստիկանությունը բավարար ժամանակ, հավես, կամ հնարավորություն չունի կանխելու նման դեպքերը։

Երեկ Տավուշի մարզի Վարագավան բնակավայրի աշխատասենյակում ծեծկռտուք է եղել, մի քանի երիտասարդներ հենց աշխատասենյակում ծեծի են ենթարկել Վարագավան բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավարին, իսկ երբ վերջինս հետապնդել է ծեծողներին, նրանց ազգականներն ինքնաձիգով են սպառնացել։ Կարելի էր այս դեպքը պատահականություն համարել, եթե հենց նույն օրը մեկ այլ հանցագործություն չլիներ։ Արագածոտնի մարզի Թլիկ գյուղում էլ կրակոցներ են հնչել, «Թալին» բժշկական կենտրոն են տեղափոխվել Արագածոտնի մարզի Թլիկ գյուղի վարչական ղեկավարը, նրա որդին ու մայրը։

Օրվա քրեական քրոնիկոնը բազմաթիվ նման դեպքեր է հրամցնում հանրության ուշադրությանը։ Արդեն ոչ թե տպավորություն, այլ ձևավորված կարծիք է, որ ոչ միայն ՀՀ շարքային քաղաքացիները, այլև տարբեր մակարդակի պաշտոնյաներ, անգամ իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցներ կարող են բռնության ենթարկվել, հրազենային կամ այլ վնասվածքներ ստանալ, խնդիրների բախվել, իսկ մեղավորները չպատժվեն։ Որովհետև պատժողները զբաղված են ավելի «կարևոր» խնդրով, ամբողջ կազմով ապահովում են մանուկ հասակում հեծանիվ չունեցած և այժմ մանկական տրավմաներն ի ցույց դնող մի ընտանիքի անվտանգությունը։
