Շտապելը սատանայի գործ է: Այսպես է պնդում է իրանական ասացվածքը։ Սա այն բանաձևումներից է, որը բնորոշում է նաև իրանական քաղաքական աշխարհայացքն ու գործելաոճը։
Իրանի վրիժառական գործողության սպառնալիքը և սպասումն ինքնին հոգեբանորեն հյուծող է, ինչի մասին արդեն խոսում են նաև Իսրայելի ներսում։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը:
«Ժամանակակից պատերազմները այլևս միայն խրամատներում չեն, այլ կրում են համատարած բնույթ՝ ընդգրկելով թշնամուն թուլացնելու, խոցելու և չեզոքացնելու բոլոր հնարավորություններն անխտիր բոլոր ոլորտներում, մինչդեռ մեզ թվում է, թե պատերազմը միայն կրակելով է, և եթե կրակոց չկա, ապա խաղաղություն է։
Դեռևս «սառը պատերազմը» ցույց տվեց, թե որքան արդյունավետ կարող են լինել անկրակոց պատերազմները, մինչդեռ մենք մոռացել են, որ Հայաստանը նույնպես պատերազմի մեջ է՝ ընդ որում, Բաքվի բարբարոսսկան վարչախմբի կողմից մեր դեմ վարվող համատարած պատերազմի, որի նպատակը մեկն է՝ ոչնչացնել մեզ ոչ միայն ֆիզիկապես, այլ նաև դարձնելով անողնաշար և անդիմադրողունակ զանգված»,- նշել է նա:
«Եթե մենք չենք արձանագրում այս անհերքելի փաստը և չենք կառուցում մեր ազգային տեսլականը, դրանից բխող ծրագիրն ու այդ ծրագրի հիման վրա արվող գործողությունները մշտական համատարած պատերազմին պատրաստ լինելու բնական և տրամաբանական ձգտմամբ, նույնիսկ եթե դա պահանջելու է պայմանականորեն վատ ապրել մինչև թշնամուն ոչնչացնելը, ապա ոչ միայն լավ չենք ապրելու, այլ նաև միգուցե և հնարավորություն չունենանք գոյություն քարշ տալու»,- պնդել է Ոսկանյանը:
