ԱՄՆ-ը դե՞մ է Մինսկի լուծարմանը

Վաշինգտոնը նախազգուշացում է արել ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման հարցում, դիվանագիտական լեզվով հասկացնելով, որ դեմ է այդ ձևաչափի փոփոխությանը։ Պետքարտուղարությունից մեկնաբանել են տարածված տեղեկությունները, նշել, թե Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է աշխատել Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի հետ ցանկացած ձևաչափով, որին կհամաձայնվեն կողմերը և որտեղ վերջիններս կարող են առաջընթաց գրանցել։
«Միացյալ Նահանգների կառավարությունն աջակցում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ջանքերին՝ հասնելու կայուն և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության համաձայնագրին։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք աշխատել երկու կողմի հետ ցանկացած ձևաչափով, որի շուրջ կողմերը կարող են գալ համաձայնության և որտեղ կարող են գրանցել առաջընթաց»,- հայտնել են ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունից:
Ամիսներ շարունակ Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է լուծարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, և Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն միայն օրերս հայտարարել է, թե Երևանը Մինսկի գործընթացի շարունակականության հարցը կարող է դիտարկել առաջին հերթին՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման համատեքստում։ Դեռևս մայիսին Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, թե հարկավոր է լուծարել Մինսկի խումբը, որը ոչինչ չի արել հակամարտության կարգավորման համար։ Արդեն հունիսի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նշեց, թե «հայկական կողմին առաջարկել են, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը համատեղ դիմեն ԵԱՀԿ-ին՝ Մինսկի խումբը վերացնելու համար»։
Փաստացի, սա վկայում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն իրենք էլ վերջնականապես չեն կողմնորոշվել այս հարցում, կամ էլ փորձում են խուսանավել՝ հասկանալով դրա վտանգները։ Անկախ ամեն ինչից Մինսկի խումբը, որն առաջատար երկրների ներկայացուցիչների միջնորդական կառույց է, որոշակիորեն զսպում է Ադրբեջանին, նաև լծակներ տալիս ԱՄՆ-ին, Ֆրանսիային և Ռուսաստանին՝ ներգրավված մնալ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում։
Առաջին հայացքից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Վաշինգտոնը դեմ չի լինի միջնորդական կառույցի լուծարմանը, բայց, ըստ վերլուծաբանների, ԱՄՆ-ից առայժմ մեղմ նախազգուշացում են արել Երևանին՝ չհրաժարվել Մինսկի խմբից։ Այդ խումբն է, որ Արևմուտքին թույլ է տվել տասնամյակներ շարունակ ներգրավված լինել Հարավային Կովկասում, իսկ այժմ նման լծակը ոչ ԱՄՆ-ը, ոչ Ֆրանսիան բաց չեն թողնի։
