Քաղաքագետը մեծ նշանակություն չի տալիս ԵԽԽՎ օրակարգում ընդգրկված հակահայկական զեկույցներին

 Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ձմեռային նստաշրջանի օրակարգում ընդգրկված երկու հակահայկական զեկույցների ընդունումը որևէ նշանակություն չի կարող ունենալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակակմարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի վրա: Հունվարի 25-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:

«ԵԽԽՎ-ն չունի հակամարտությունների կարգավորմամբ զբաղվելու մանդատ, և այդ կառույցի ընդունած փաստաթղթերը միշտ էլ մնում են թղթի վրա ու որևէ նշանակություն չեն կարող ունենալ: Ես չգիտեմ՝ կընդունվեն այդ հակահայկական զեկույցները, թե ոչ, սակայն անգամ եթե ընդունվեն, որևէ բան չի փոխվելու: Ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ զեկույցների շուրջ Հայաստանում առկա աղմուկն այնքան էլ տեղին չէ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Իսկանդարյանը:

Իսկանդարյանը շեշտեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ զբաղվել և շարունակելու են զբաղվել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները:«Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն էլ օրերս հայտարարություն տարածեցին այս զեկույցների վերաբերյալ, որում հստակ հայտնեցին իրենց դիրքորոշումը, ուստի ես կարծում եմ, որ այստեղ անհանգստանալու որևէ բան չկա»,- հավելեց քաղաքագետը:

Նա չբացառեց, որ այդ զեկույցներից գոնե մեկը ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում կընդունվի, քանի որ այդ ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանը լուրջ աշխատանքներ է տարել: Միևնույն ժամանակ նա նկատեց, որ ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակների մեծ մասն այնքան էլ պատկերացում չունի ԼՂ հակամարտության մասին: «Ամեն դեպքում, եթե այդ զեկույցներն  ընդունվեն, մեկ ամիս հետո բոլորը կմոռանան դրանց մասին»,- եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:

ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի օրակարում ընդգրկված է երկու հակահայկական զեկույց: Դրանք են՝ բրիտանացի խորհրդարանական Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի «Բռնության աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի մյուս օկուպացված տարածքներում» և Բոսնիայի ու Հերցեգովինայի ներկայացուցիչ Միլիցա Մարկովիչի «Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչները կանխամտածված կերպով զրկվում են ջրից» զեկույցները: Զեկույցները քվեարկության կդրվեն հունվարի 26-ին:
