Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 19-ին, դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 21:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանոթյան Էրեբունու բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի ծակած-կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Ինչպես հայնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Սենիկ Երանոսյանն ու նույն բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետ Սամվել Մամիկոնյանը:

Տեղում ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է, սակայն բժիշկները նրանց հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալ:  

Մինչ «Էրեբունի» հիվանդանոցի բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորի կյանքի համար, ինչը նրանց հաջողվել է, ոստիկանության էրեբունու բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Հովհաննես Հ.-ն է:

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները, ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, պարզել են, որ ժամը  21:30-ի սահմաններում Այվազովսկի փողոցի 7-րդ հասցեի դիմաց 35-ամյա Հրաչյա Հ.-ն, ով վարձակալական հիմունքներով բնակվում է Նոր Արեշ 26-րդ փողոցի տներից մեկում, վիճաբանել է հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Հովհաննես Հ.-ի հետ, որի ժամանակ իր մոտ եղած դանակով հարվածել է նրա կրծքավանդակին:  

Դեպքի փաստով Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում «մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու» հատկանիշով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:  

Ոստիկանները տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերել են «ՎԱԶ 21099» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի մեջ առկա են դանակ և արնանման հետքեր:

Կան կասկածներ, որ հայտնաբերված դանակը հանցագործության գործիքն է:  

Քննիչի հանձնարարականով՝ ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:

Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործությունը կատարած կասկածյալին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
