Օգոստոսի 15-ի երեկոյան Տավուշի պարեկների և ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնի ծառայողների համատեղ ուժեղացված ծառայության ժամանակ ստացվել է տեղեկություն, որ Վարագավան գյուղի վարչական շենքում ծեծկռտուք է:

Մեկնել են օպերատիվ խումբը, վարչության և բաժնի ղեկավարներ: Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ստացվել են տվյալներ, որոնք իրացնելով՝ պարզվել է հետևյալը:

«Օգոստոսի 15-ի ժամը 16.30-ին Բերդ քաղաքի բնակիչ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը Վարագավան գյուղի հասակակից բնակչի հետ գնացել է վարչական ղեկավարի աշխատասենյակ, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել նրա հետ, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել նրա հասցեին և բռունցքներով հարվածներ հասցրել դեմքին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Հետո երիտասարդները դիմել են փախուստի:

Վարագավանի 42-ամյա վարչական ղեկավարը «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի մեքենայով հետապնդել է նրանց, սակայն միջնակարգ դպրոցի մոտ նրա մեքենայի առջևը կտրել է մի «Մերսեդես»: «Մերսեդեսի» ուղևորը` Բերդ քաղաքի 28-ամյա երիտասարդի 56-ամյա հորեղբայրը, մեքենայից իջել է ինքնաձիգը ձեռքին, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել վարչական ղեկավարի հասցեին, սպառնացել սպանել և մարտական դիրքի է բերել ինքնաձիգը: Այդ պահին սկսվել է ծեծկռտուք, որի ընթացքում վարչական ղեկավարը հորեղբոր ձեռքից խլել է ինքնաձիգը: Հորեղբայրը փորձել է նաև դանակով հարվածել նրան, որից հետո «Մերսեդեսով» դիմել են փախուստի:

Ժամը 19-ին վարչական ղեկավարը իրավապահներին է ներկայացրել հորեղբոր ձեռքից խլած ինքնաձիգը:

Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ու ինքնաձիգը ներկայացվում են Բերդի քննչական բաժին, նախաձեռնվում է քրեական վարույթ:

Նույն օրը, ժամը 22.45-ին, Բագրատաշենի սահմանային անցակետը հատելու պահին 56-ամյա տղամարդը հայտնաբերվում, հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալվում և ներկայացվում է քննչական բաժին: Նրա վարած «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի մեքենան տեղափոխվում է Տավուշի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:

Տավուշի բաժնի ծառայողների օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հաջորդ օրը ցերեկը ինքնակամ բաժին է ներկայանում «Մերսեդեսի» 37-ամյա վարորդը, իսկ երեկոյան` Բերդ քաղաքի բնակիչ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը: Հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով երկուսն էլ ձերբակալվում և ներկայացվում են քննչական բաժին:

Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են»,-հայտնում են ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից։
