ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն պատասխանել է Լավրովին

Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարության զանազան պաշտոնյաների՝ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող, ակնհայտորեն կողմնակալ, հաճախ անհարգալից մեկնաբանությունները, ցավոք, վաղուց արդեն նորույթ չեն, և եթե նկատել եք, տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ մենք անգամ չենք անդրադառնում դրանց: Այս մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը՝ ի պատասխանը լրատվամիջոցից ստացված հարցմանը։
«Այնուամենայնիվ, չենք կարող չասել, որ ՌԴ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարի երեկվա հայտարարությունը ոչ միայն զուտ ափսոսանք է առաջացնում, այլև կասկածի տակ է դնում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառուցողական ներգրավվածությունը:
Երբեմնի միջնորդական առաքելություն ստանձնած, 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը ստորագրած, դրա հիման վրա տարածաշրջանում խաղաղապահ զորախումբ տեղակայած պետության ԱԳ նախարարը չի կարող չտեսնել, որ չկա այդ հայտարարության գեթ մեկ առանցքային կետ, որն անդառնալիորեն խախտված չլինի՝ չնայած դրա ներքո ՌԴ ստորագրությանը և դրանով նախատեսված գործընթացներում ՌԴ մասնակցությանն ու պատասխանատվությանը: Կարծում ենք նաև, որ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը քաջատեղյակ է, որ հրապարակային փաստաթղթերից դուրս՝ Հայաստանը որևէ այլ պայմանավորվածության մաս չի կազմում, հետևաբար չի կարող սաբոտաժի ենթարկել դրանք:
Հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել նաև, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ներկայացրած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծն արդեն իսկ լայն ճանաչում ունի միջազգային հանրության շրջանում, այն մի քանի անգամ ներկայացվել է նաև ՌԴ ներկայացուցիչներին։ Վերահաստատում ենք, որ դրա շրջանակներում տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացումը հնարավոր է բառացիորեն ամեն պահի։ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը դրական արձագանքի է արժանացել մի շարք միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից, և ՌԴ ԱԳՆ գործընկերներին կոչ ենք անում կողմնակալ հայտարարություններով սաբոտաժի չենթարկել այն, ոչ էլ Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության հասնելու ջանքերը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը բազմիցս վերահաստատել և հիմա էլ վերահաստատում է իր հավատարմությունը խաղաղության օրակարգին և իր բաժին աշխատանքը կկատարի այդ օրակարգը բարեհաջող իրացնելու համար»,-նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
