Ամեն անգամ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հորդորում, երբեմն խիստ հանձնարարականներ է տալիս, որպեսզի նրանք հետևողական լինեն, որ երբ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ն, Երևանի ԳԳՄ-ն կամ «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ը ճանապարհներին փոսեր փորեն, պարտադիր աշխատանքները կատարելուց հետո իրենց փորած փոսը փակեն։ Եթե «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա», «Տրանս գազ» և Երևանի ԳԳՄ-ն գազախողովակները անցկացնելուց հետո պարտաճանաչորեն ճանապարհը նախկին տեսքի են բերում, ապա «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ը շատ դեպքերում առաջնորդվում է «ինձնից հետո թեկուզ ջրհեղեղ» սկզբունքով։

Այսօր «Վեոլիա ջրի» թերի աշխատանքի պատճառով Երևանում հերթական ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարն է տեղի ունեցել։

Ժամը 02:10-ի սահմաններում Ավան վարչական շրջանի Խուդյակով փողոցի «Պետրոլ» բենզալցակայանի դիմաց բախվել են Երևանի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Գուրգեն Մեխակյանի վարած Honda մակնիշի 37 BJ 101 համարանիշի և 37-ամյա Հարություն Աղաբեկյանի վարած Honda մակնիշի 45 GS 555 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արսեն Ստեփանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արման Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Բախման հետևանքով վարորդներից Գ. Մեխակյանը ավտոմեքենայով հայտնվել է փոսում։

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված քաղաքացիներն էլ շք թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնել են, որ այդ փոսի հեղինակը Վեոլիա ջուրն է և անվտանգության ոչ մի կանոններ չեն պահպանվել ու սա առաջին դեպքը չէ որ փոսում ավտոմեքենա է հայտնվում։ 

Դեպքի վայրում վարորդները պարեկների հայտնել են, որ վանսվածքներ չունեն, հրաժարվել են բժշկական օգնությունից, սակայն հաջորդ օրը Հերացու անվան թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց են դիմել Գ. Մեխակյանը և նրա ուղևոր Երևանի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Գեղամ Սահակյանը։

Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորտային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում քննիչ Պետրոսյանի որոշմամբ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
