Հայաստանն այրում է ետդարձի կամուրջները

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացման ֆոնին ՀՀ իշխանությունները որոշել են վերջնականապես այրել ետդարձի բոլոր կամուրջները։ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, նշել, թե Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարի հայտարարությունը ոչ միայն ափսոսանք է առաջացնում, այլև կասկածի տակ է դնում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում Ռուսաստանի կառուցողական ներգրավվածությունը։
Սերգեյ Լավրովը պնդել էր, թե ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակման հարցով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները Հայաստանի իշխանությունը սաբոտաժի է ենթարկում և շեշտել, թե հարցը պետք է լուծվի 2020-2022 թվականների եռակողմ հայտարարությունների տառին և ոգուն համապատասխան: Հայաստանի ԱԳն-ից արձագանքել են, թե երբեմնի միջնորդական առաքելություն ստանձնած, 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը ստորագրած, դրա հիման վրա տարածաշրջանում խաղաղապահ զորախումբ տեղակայած պետության արտգործնախարարը չի կարող չտեսնել, որ չկա այդ հայտարարության գեթ մեկ առանցքային կետ, որն անդառնալիորեն խախտված չլինի՝ չնայած դրա ներքո Ռուսաստանի ստորագրությանը և դրանով նախատեսված գործընթացներում Ռուսաստանի մասնակցությանն ու պատասխանատվությանը:
«Կարծում ենք նաև, որ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը քաջատեղյակ է, որ հրապարակային փաստաթղթերից դուրս՝ Հայաստանը որևէ այլ պայմանավորվածության մաս չի կազմում, հետևաբար չի կարող սաբոտաժի ենթարկել դրանք»,- նշել են ԱԳՆ-ից, հիշեցրել «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկը», հայտարարել. « ՌԴ ԱԳՆ գործընկերներին կոչ ենք անում կողմնակալ հայտարարություններով սաբոտաժի չենթարկել այն, ոչ էլ Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության հասնելու ջանքերը»։
Ռուսաստանին նման կոշտ պատասխան տվող ԱԳՆ-ն, ի դեպ, «մոռացել» է արձագանքել ՀԱՊԿ գծով մեկ այլ դաշնակցի՝ Բելառուսի նախագահի հայտարարություններին։ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել էր, որ հետխորհրդային տարածաշրջանի որոշ երկրներ ցանկանում են Ռուսաստանից ինչ-որ բան վերցնել, բայց փոխարենը ոչինչ չտալ։ Լուկաշենկոն անդրադարձել էր նաև Հայաստանի ղեկավարության քաղաքականությանը։
«Ո՞ւմ են պետք հայերը, բացի մեզնից։ Ոչ մեկին պետք չեն։ Թող զարգացնեն իրենց տնտեսությունը և սևեռվեն նրա վրա, ինչ ունեն։ Ի՞նչ Ֆրանսիա, ի՞նչ Մակրոն։ Վաղը Մակրոնը չի լինի, և բոլորը կմոռանան Հայաստանի մասին»,-ասել էր նա։
Տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ բողոքի մի նոտա հղեին կամ Հայաստանից ետ ուղարկեին Բելառուսի դեսպանին։ Խնդիրն ամենևին էլ Բելառուսը չէ, խնդիրն այն է, որ ՀՀ իշխանություններին հանձնարարված է փչացնել Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները, իսկ Բելառուսն արևմտյան հովանավորների աչքում լուրջ չի ընկալվում։ ՀՀ իշխանություններն էլ բառացի են հասկանում հանձնարարականները։
