«Հին» ու «նոր» ծխախոտային տուփեր․ ի՞նչ է կատարվում ծխախոտի փաթեթավորման հետ

Հայաստանում վերջին մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում հնարավոր է նկատել փոփոխություններ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների տուփերի արտաքին տեսքի մեջ։ Սպառողներն արդեն նկատել են, որ նույն արտադրողի նույն ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակը հաճախ տարբեր տեսք կարող է ունենալ։ Պատճառն այն է, որ 2024թ․ հունվարի 1-ից ի վեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ուժի մեջ են մտել ԵԱՏՄ տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի դրույթները։ Դրանց համաձայն՝ այն ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների տուփերը, որոնք Հայաստան են ներմուծվել կամ տեղում արտադրվել են 2024թ․ հունվարի 1-ից հետո, պետք է ունենան օգտագործման վնասակարության մասին տեղեկացնող ու նախազգուշացնող նկարներ։ Այսինքն՝ եթե վաճառքի կետերում ու խանութներում նկատում եք այս նախազգուշացնող նկարները պարունակող ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակներ, դա նշանակում է, որ դրանք արտադրվել են 2024թ․ հունվարի 1-ից հետո, և հետևաբար ավելի թարմ են։
Ընդ որում որոշ ժամանակ շուկայում առկա կլինեն և՛ օգտագործման վնասակարության մասին նկարներով և՛ առանց այդ նկարների տուփեր, մինչև լիովին կսպառվեն այն ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակները, որոնք ներմուծվել կամ արտադրվել են մինչև 2024թ․ հունվարի 1-ը և որոնց նկատմամբ այս տեխնիկական կանոնակարգը չի կիրառվել։
Միաժամանակ՝ հարկ է նշել, որ հիմնական փոփոխությունը կապված է նախազգուշացնող նկարների հետ․ դրանք այժմ պետք է զբաղեցնեն տուփի դիմացի և հակառակ կողմի մակերեսի վերևի կեսը։ Համաձայն կանոնակարգի դրույթների՝ դիմային մասում նախազգուշացնող տեքստերը ներկայացված են հայերեն լեզվով, իսկ հակառակ կողմում՝ ռուսերենով:
Հետաքրքիր է նաև այն փաստը, որ տուփերի վրա այլևս բացակայելու են խեժի և նիկոտինի պարունակության, քանի որ համաձայն ԵԱՏՄ օրենսդրության՝ դրանք չպետք է նշված լինեն տուփի վրա։
