Շուրջ երեք տարի առաջ Մոսկվա կինոթատրոնի դիմաց քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող «Քյավառցի Ռաֆո»-ի՝ Ռաֆայել Մարդոյանի, նկատմամբ սպանության փորձի և նրա վարորդի՝ 50-ամյա Հովհաննես Վարդանյանի սպանության գործը շարունակում է մնալ չբացահայտված։ Իրավապահները դեռևս չեն հայտնաբերել սպանությունը կատարած անձին, որը դեպքից հետո լքել է ՀՀ-ն։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2021թ․ հունիսի 2-ին Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան փողոցում՝ Մոսկվա կինոթատրոնի մոտ սպանվել է քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Ռաֆայել Մարդոյանի՝ «Քյավառցի Ռաֆոյի» վարորդը՝ 50-ամյա Հովհաննես Վարդանյանը, սակայն քիլլերի թիրախում եղել է հենց ինքը՝ Ռաֆայել Մարդոյանը։ Քիլլերի թիրախը, սակայն, եղել է Մարդոյանը, որին հաջողվել էր խուսափել և նստել զրահապատ մեքենան։ Մարդոյանը, որի նկատմամբ նախկինում ևս եղել են մահափորձեր, այս քրեական գործով տուժող էր ճանաչվել։ Նախաքննական մարմինը պարզել էր քիլլերի ինքնությունը, որը օտարազգի է՝ Ալեքսանդր Բուզմառև՝ 23 տարեկան, որը, սակայն, լքել էր ՀՀ-ն։ Պարզվել է, որ դեպքից անմիջապես հետո վերջինս փախուստի է դիմել դեպի Հյուսիսային պողոտա, որտեղից տաքսիով հասել Հալաբյան փողոց, ազատվել հանցագործության գործիքից և դեպքի ժամանակ կրած մարզահագուստից, այնուհատեև՝ Հալաբյան փողոցից տաքսիով մեկնել է Թալին, այնտեղ գնել հագուստ։ Հենց Հալաբյան փողոցի աղբամաններից մեկում էլ հայտնաբերվել էր հանցագործության գործիք «Մակարով» ատրճանակը՝ լիցքավորված փամփուշտներով, և մարզահագուստը։

Դեպքից երեք տարի անց իրավապահները, սակայն, դեռևս չեն հայտնաբերել սպանություը կատարած անձին։ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից «Փաստինֆո»-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են, որ քրեական վարույթը գտնվում է նախաքննության փուլում։ Կառույցից նաև վերահաստատել են, որ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացած հրազենը հայտնաբերվել է։

«Ենթադրյալ հանցանք կատարած անձը հանդիսանում է ՌԴ քաղաքացի, ում վերաբերյալ առկա է որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին որոշում և հայտարարված է հետախուզում»,- հայտնել են կառույցից։

Ի պատասխան հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք քննություն իրականացվել է՝ պարզելու, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում է հաջողվել քիլլերին՝ լքել ՀՀ-ն, արդյոք սպանության դեպքից անմիջապես հետո ուժեղացված ծառայություն չի իրականացվում օդանավակայանում, սահմանային անցակետերում՝ մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչության ՀԿԳ քննիչ Դավիթ Սարոյանը նշել է, որ ենթադրյալ հանցանք կատարած անձի կողմից ՀՀ սահմանի հատելը, չնայած վարույթ իրականացնող և հետաքննության մարմինների օպերատիվ և փոխհամագործակցված գործողությունների, տեղի է ունեցել մինչև անձի բացահայտումը։
