Պրոբացիայի ծառայությունը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանին պատժատեսակը փոխելու և նրան ազատազրկելու վերաբերյալ։ Առուշ Առուշանյանի փաստաբան Արմեն Մելքոնյանն ավելի վաղ «Հրապարակ»-ի հետ զրույցում անգրագետ ծառայություն էր որակել Պրոբացիայի ծառայությունը, նշելով, որ այս կառույցի գործողություններն ապօրինի են։
Գորիսի քաղաքապետի դեմ սկսված իրավական գործընթացը որքանո՞վ է պրոբացիայի ծառայության տիրույթում, հետաքրքրվեցինք Առուշ Առուշանյանից, վերջինս նշեց, որ պրոբացիան արել է այն, ինչը գտել է, որ իր լիազորությունների տիրույթում է։
«Ես այս գործով դեռևս փաստաբան չունեմ։ Չեմ կիսում փաստաբանի այդ տեսակետը, որ պրոբացիայի ծառայությունն անգրագիտություն է արել։ Այս կառույցն արել է այն, ինչը գտել է, որ իր լիազորությունների տիրույթում է։ Մենք էլ մեր գործառույթն ենք կատարել, ավագանին էլ իր գործառույթը։ Դատարանը կտա այս հարցի վերջնական լուծումը։ Ես, լինելով պաշտոնյա՝ մեծագույն հարգանք ունեմ պետական կառույցների նկատմամբ»,-նշեց նա։
Արդյո՞ք համարում եք այս գործընթացը քաղաքական հետապնդում, հարցին ի պատասխան Առուշանյանն ասաց՝ ոչ։ «Ես քաղաքական գործիչ չեմ։ Կալանավայրից դուրս գալուց հետո նույն օրն ասել եմ, որ ես քաղաքականությամբ չեմ զբաղվում, որ քաղաքական պատվերով դատվեմ։ Ես պայքարել եմ Արցախի համար»,-ընդգծեց Գորիսի քաղաքապետը։
