Բացահայտվել է օտարերկրացու առևանգելու դեպք․ «Mercedes S500»-ի բեռնախցիկում հայտնաբերվել է Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացի

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 23-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 00։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդում օպերատիւվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Mercedes S500» մակնիշի 01 VK 011 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայում կասկածելի անձինք կան։
Տեղում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայությաւն Երևան քաղաքի գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, նույն գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի հրամանատար Գոռ Առաքելյանի գլխավորությամբ պարեկները գործի են անցնում և ստանում են հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը, որ նշված ավտոմեքենան երթևեկում է Աճառյան փողոցով։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարեկները Աճառյան փողոցի ողջ ճանապարհահատվածը վերցնում են հսկողության տակ ու կարճ ժամանակ անց Աճառյան 1 հասցեի մոտ նկատում են կասկածելի «Mercedes S500»-ը։ Պարեկները մոտենում են վարորդին, պահանջում անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, ապա երբ նրան ասում են, որ բեռնախցիկը բացի՝ ստուգման նպատակով, վարորդը տարօրինակ վարքագիծ է դրսևորում և հայտնի «Նվագախմբի տղաները» ֆիլմի հերոսի՝ Տիրացուի նման, սփրթնում է։
Քանի որ պարեկները վստահ էին ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությանը, պահանջում են, որ բեռնախցիկը վարորդը ինքնուրույն բացի, ինչը վարորդը «նազ ու տուզ» անելով բացում է և այնտեղ հայտնաբերվում է քաղաքացի։
Տեղում պարեկները վարորդին՝ Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Վահե Կարապետյանին, ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացիներ 19-ամյա Բալվանտ Մասիին, 26-ամյա Արվինդար Սինգին, 33-ամյա Հարպեդ Սինգին, 20-ամյա Աբի Պրդապ Սինգին, 20-ամյա Հարման Սինգհին և 29-ամյա Ալիշա Մասիհին անձին առևանգելու, ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու և կրելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալել են և տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Ավանի բաժանմունք։ Բաժանմունք է տեղափոխվել նաև«Mercedes S500»-ը։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ անձնական խուզարկությամբ Բ. Մասիի մոտից հայտնաբերվել է 9 սմ շեղբի երկարությամբ ծալովի դանակ, 9 մմ տրամաչափի «EKOL P 29» գրառմաբ գազային ատրճանակ՝ փամփշտատուփով՝ լիցքավորված թվով 5 հատ գազային փամփուշտնեով:
Պարզվել է, որ օգոստոսի 22-ին՝ ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում, Ծարավ Աղբյուրի 197/2 հասցեի մոտ նշված անձիք առևանգել են Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացի, ժամանակվորապես Արմավիր մարզի գյուղերից մեկում բնակվող 32-ամյա Արիֆ Մանիարին և ստիպողաբար մտցրել են «Mercedes S500»-ի բեռնախցիկի մեջ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Վ․ Կարապետյանը «Իզիվեյ ՎԿ» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրենն է։ Նրանց ընտանիքին է պատկանել Ջերմուկում հայտնի «Գլաձոր» հյուրանոցային համալիրը, որը այժմ պատկանում է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, «Ջերմուկ գրուպ» ընկերության սեփականատերից «Քլոս» մականվամբ Աշոտ Արսենյանին։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանությա Նոր Նորքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով «անձի առևանգում» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
