Երեկ տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռախոսազրույցը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։ Հայաստանի վարչապետի աշխատակազմի փոխանցմամբ, ՌԴ նախագահը ՀՀ վարչապետին տեղեկացրել է նախորդ շաբաթ Ադրբեջան կատարած իր այցի տպավորությունների մասին, ինչի համար վարչապետ Փաշինյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախագահ Պուտինին։ Զրուցակիցները պայմանավորվել են առաջիկա պատեհ առիթով հանդիպել Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան երկկողմ օրակարգի հարցեր քննարկելու համար։
Պաշտոնական Կրեմլի տարածած տեքստում զգալի տարբերություններ կան։ «Քննարկումները շարունակվել են հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ, այդ թվում՝ հաշվի առնելով Վլադիմիր Պուտինի բանակցություններն Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ Բաքու կատարած այցի ընթացքում։ Հաստատվել է ռուսական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու օժանդակել Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին խաղաղության պայմանագրի մշակման, սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման գործընթացի առաջ մղման, ինչպես նաև տրանսպորտային և լոգիստիկ կապերի ապաշրջափակման հարցերում։ Երկկողմ օրակարգի շուրջ մտքերի փոխանակության ընթացքում ընդգծվել է առևտրատնտեսական փոխգործակցության դրական դինամիկան»,- ասվում է Մոսկվայի հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Ռուսաստանի նախագահն օրերս էր այցելել Բաքու, հանդիպում ունեցել Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ, ասել, թե բանակցությունների մասին կտեղեկացնի Նիոկլ Փաշինյանին։ Բաքվից հետո Ռուսաստանը նաև ակտիվացրել է 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության պահանջը, այն է՝ տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության վերահսկողությունը պետք է իրականացնեին ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանապահները։
Պաշտոնական Երևանը հրաժարվել է այդ կետը կատարելուց։ Բնական է, որ ՌԴ նախագահը նաև այդ, ինչպես և հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցությունների միջնորդությանը վերաբերող հարցեր է առաջ քաշել։ Երևանի հաղորդագրությունը վկայում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին հրաժարվել է Մոսկվայի միջնորդությունից։
