«Ազգային առաջընթաց» կուսակցության 7- րդ համագումարն է կայացել. վարչության նախագահ է ընտրվել Հայկ Գրիգորյանը

Օգոստոսի 24-ին Կառավարության նիստերի դահլիճում տեղի ունեցավ «Ազգային առաջընթաց» կուսակցության 7- րդ համագումարը, որի ընթացքում ընտրվեցին կուսակցության վարչության և խորհրդի նոր կազմերը։ Վարչության նախագահ ընտրվեց Երևանի ավագանու անդամ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ինքը՝ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը:
Իր ելույթում կուսակցության վարչության նորընտիր նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը անդրադարձավ կուսակցության անելիքներին՝ ընդգծելով, որ «Ազգային առաջընթացը» պատրաստ է դառնալ իրական այլընտրանք ներկայիս քաղաքական դաշտում։ Նա նաև մատնանշեց երկրի առաջ ծառացած օրհասական խնդիրները, ընդգծելով այն փաստը, որ ոչ ներկայիս իշխանությունները, ոչ էլ, այսպես կոչված «տիտղոսակիր» ընդդիմությունը, ինչպես ցույց է տվել ժամանակը, ի զորու չեն լուծումներ տալու դրանց։ Գրիգորյանը ընդգծեց, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում նորանոր փորձություններից խուսափելու և խնդիրներին լուծումներ տալու համար պետք է վարել ճկում ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականություն, ինչպես նաև մշակել պետության տնտեսական ինքնաբավության ռազմավարություն։
Գրիգորյանը նաև քննադատության ենթարկեց ներկայիս իշխանությունների հարմավողական քաղաքականությունը տարածաշրջանային հարցերում, ինչպես նաև Արցախի խնդրում, ինչը հանգեցրեց հայկական Արցախի վերջնական կորստի։
«Սակայն մենք չենք կիսում ներկայիս իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը առ այն, որ Արցախի էջը վերջնական փակված է։ Մենք պետք է բաց պահենք այդ էջը այնքան, մինչև հզորանալով և աշխարհաքաղաքական պատեհ պահի սպասելով, ի զորու լինենք հասնել պատմական արդարության»,- իր ելույթը եզրափակեց Գրիգորյանը։ Կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Ռոբերտ Ծովյանն (Երևանի ավագանու անդամ) իր ելույթում անդրադարձավ Երևանի ավագանիում «Ազգային առաջընթաց» խմբակցության գործունեությանը՝ մատնանշելով, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում բացահայտել են բազմաթիվ կոռուպցիոն չարաշահումներ և հետամուտ եղել այդ խնդիրների լուծմանը։ Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ հետայսու ևս «Ազգային առաջընթաց» խմբակցության անդամները բաց և հասանելի են լինելու երևանցիների համար և փորձելու են հասնել առկա խնդիրների արդարացի լուծմանը։ Երևանի ավագանու անդամ Պեդրո Զարոկյանը անդրադարձավ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կոռուպցիոն դրվագներին և քննադատեց կառավարության և գործող իշխանությունների ապաշնորհ գործելաոճը։
Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը, ծնունդով արցախցիներ Սերգեք Եփրեմյանը և Միրա Հովսեփյանը, ովքեր այսօր ընտրվեցին կուսակցության խորհրդի կազմում, իրենց ելույթներում անդրադարձան տեղահանված արցախցիների սոցիալական խնդիրներին, տարածաշրջանային հիմնահարցերին, արցախյան կոնֆլիկտին՝ ընդգծելով դրա արդարացի լուծման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Համագումարին ելույթ ունեցան նաև կուսակցության համակիրներ։ Արմավիրի մարզից երիտասարդ ակտիվիստ Մարատ Ալեքսանյանը նկատեց, որ «Ազգային առաջընթաց» կուսակցությունը առանձնանում է քաղաքական դաշտի այլ ուժերից իր կենսագրությամբ և մարտավարությամբ՝ ինչը չափազանց գրավիչ է երիտասարդ քաղաքական գործիչների համար։
