«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում տնտեսագետները գնալով ավելի հաճախ են ահազանգում, որ այս իշխանությունների օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները միտված են տնտեսական տեռորի քաղաքականությանը: Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, համաձայն լինելով նման կարծիքի հետ, կարծում է, որ դրա համար մի քանի պատճառ կա:

«Առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում մոտավորապես 120 միլիարդ դրամի չափով չեն կատարել բյուջեն: Մեր կանխատեսումներով, մինչև տարեվերջ 250-ից 300 մլրդ դրամի չափով բյուջեի եկամտային մասը պլանավորածից պակաս է լինելու»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Սարգսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ կառավարությանը պետք է ուղղակի ցանկացած եղանակով ապահովել բյուջեի եկամտային մասը կամ, նվազագույնը, բյուջեի այդքան պակասորդը ավելի մեղմել:

Դրա համար նրանք առաջին հերթին փորձում են իմպերատիվ ակտերի միջոցով վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծել: Ըստ Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահի, մյուս պատճառն այն է, որ այս իշխանությունները նախապատրաստվում են արտահերթ ընտրությունների. «Ցանկացած ժամանակ, երբ հնարավոր եղավ և կարողացան կանխատեսել, որ հնարավոր կլինի վերարտադրվել, գնալու են արտահերթ ընտրությունների: Հասարակության՝ ամենից շատ ազդեցություն ունեցող շերտերից մեկը բիզնեսն է: Եվ գործարարների հանդեպ պետք է շատ լուրջ մահակ, որը կօգտագործեն բիզնես շրջանակներում ձերբակալություններ իրականացնելով՝ իրենց քաղաքական նպատակներին հասնելու համար, եթե հանկարծ նրանք փորձեն ընդդիմադիր կեցվածք դրսևորել, ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների օգտին քվեարկել և այլն»,-ասում է Նաիրի Սարգսյանը:
