Oգոստոսի 16-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում. Ժամը 14։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության բաժիներից մեկի համայնքային ոստիկանության և անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի ծառայողների ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ հուլիսի 14-ին՝ ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Մ․ Փ․-ն փայտյա երկար ձողը ձեռքին գնացել է գյուղերից մեկի 10-ամյա բնակչի մոտ, սեռական հարաբերություններ ունենալու առաջարկություն արել վերջինիս, սակայն մերժում ստանալուց հետո, բռնել է նրա ձեռքից, հարվածներ հասցնելով և քարշ տալով տարել մոտակա ծառի մոտ, տարբեր սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով՝ մերկացրել է նրան, ինքը՝ նույնպես մերկացել, ապա կատարել է սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը:
Այդ ամենին ականատես է եղել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 74-ամյա մի բնակիչ, ով վերջիններիցս պահանջել է դադարեցնել հիշյալ գործողությունները, մի քանի անգամ ձեռքով հարվածել Մ․ Փ․-ին, իսկ երեխային տարել և հանձնել է մորը՝ վերջինիս տեղեկացնելով կատարվածի մասին:
Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժնի ծառացողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների շնորհիվ օգոստոսի 16-ին Մ.Փ․-ն իրենց տան մոտ հայտնաբերվել, հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիման վրա ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժին, որտեղից էլ՝ ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժնում ձևակերպվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժին:
