10 տարեկան երեխայի նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնություն գործադրելու մեջ մեղադրվող 20-ամյա երիտասարդը կալանքի տակ է։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել են Քննչական կոմիտեից։

Հիշեցնում են, որ զարհուրելի դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ «Shamshyan.com»-ը գրել էր, որ բնակիչ 20-ամյա Մ․ Փ․-ն փայտյա երկար ձողը ձեռքին գնացել է գյուղերից մեկի 10-ամյա բնակչի մոտ, սեռական հարաբերություններ ունենալու առաջարկություն արել վերջինիս, սակայն մերժում ստանալուց հետո, բռնել է նրա ձեռքից, հարվածներ հասցնելով և քարշ տալով տարել մոտակա ծառի մոտ, տարբեր սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով՝ մերկացրել է նրան, ինքը՝ նույնպես մերկացել, ապա կատարել է սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ: Այդ ամենին ականատես է եղել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 74-ամյա մի բնակիչ, ով վերջիններիցս պահանջել է դադարեցնել հիշյալ գործողությունները, մի քանի անգամ ձեռքով հարվածել Մ․ Փ․-ին, իսկ երեխային տարել և հանձնել է մորը՝ վերջինիս տեղեկացնելով կատարվածի մասին։

ՔԿ մամուլի քարտուղար Գոռ Աբրահամյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ դեպքի առթիվ 2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 16-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 198-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով (ընտանեկան դրությամբ կամ հաշմանդամությամբ պայմանավորված՝ խոցելի վիճակում գտնվող անձի նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողությունները) նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

«Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավավար ապացույցների հիման վրա 20-ամյա երիտասարդին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 198-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք։ Վերջինի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը»,- հայտնեց Աբրահամյանը։

Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե արդյո՞ք տուժած այլ անձանց մասին ևս տեղեկություն կա, Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ մեղադրանքը վերաբերում է կոնկրետ մեկ դեպքի, եթե քննության ըթնացքում այլ դրվագներ ևս ի հայտ կբերվեն, ըստ այդմ իրավական գնահատականներ կտրվեն։
