Բայրամովը խոսել է Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի մասին՝ զերծ չմնալով կեղծ պնդումներից

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, որ Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի զգալի մասը բանակցությունների ընթացքում համաձայնեցվել է։
Այս մասին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարը հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում։
Բայրամովը հավելել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը Հայաստանին է ներկայացրել խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագիծը և 5 հիմնական սկզբունքներ։
Այդուհանդերձ, Բայրամովը հերթական անգամ կեղծ պնդում է արել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ առկա դրույթների վերաբերյալ՝ նշելով, թե իբր Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ տարածքային պահանջներ կան Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ։
Բայրամովը իր բողոքն է արտահայտել նաև այն առնչությամբ, թե Հայաստանը սպառազինություն է ձեռք բերում տարբեր երկրներից՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ հենց Ադրբեջանը նույնիսկ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո անընդհատ սպառազինություն է գնում տարբեր երկրներից։
Հայկական կողմը բազմիցս արձագանքել է ադրբեջանական կողմից հնչող պահանջներին Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու և սպառազինության ձեռքբերումները դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ՝ շեշտելով, որ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու հարցը երկրի ներքին գործն է, իսկ սպառազինվելը ցանկացած երկրի իրավունքն է, և Հայաստանը սպառազինություն է ձեռք բերում բացառապես պաշտպանվելու նպատակով ու որևէ մեկի վրա հարձակվելու նպատակ չունի։ Հայաստանի տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ ոչ մի երկրի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներ Հայաստանը չունի։
Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանն էլ Բայրամովի հետ հանդիպումից հետո ընդգծել է, որ բանակցությունների ընթացքում իր ադրբեջանցի գործընկերոջ հետ քննարկել է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը՝ հավելելով, որ Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան կշարունակեն համատեղ քայլեր ձեռնարկել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու համար։
