Վայոց ձորի մարզի պարեկները օգոստոսի 17-ին Երևան-Մեղրի ճանապարհի 103-րդ կմ-ին, իրավախախտում կատարելու համար, կանգնեցրել են «Նիսան» մակնիշի մի մեքենա: Պարզվել էր, որ Երևանի բնակիչ 24-ամյա վարորդը չունի վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական:
Պարեկները մեքենայի տեսանելի հատվածում նկատել են դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով ապակյա երկու տարա: Վարորդը և 24-ամյա ուղևորուհին ապօրինի թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, տեղափոխելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին, իսկ մեքենան տեղափոխվել էր բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
Խուզարկությամբ վարորդի և ուղևորի մոտ հայտաբերվել էին մեթամֆետամին, մոխրացված հետքերով կաթուցիչ և ծալովի դանակ: Ուղևորը հայտնել էր, որ մեքենայի սրահում գտնվող ապակյա տարաներում թմրամիջոց է: Նաև հայտնել էր, որ պայուսակում նույնպես թմրամիջոցով փաթեթներ կան, որոնք ձեռք են բերել իրացնելու նպատակով: Պարզվել է, որ նրանք արդեն իսկ թմրամիջոց էին տեղադրել Երևան, Գյումրի, Կապան, Գորիս և Քաջարան քաղաքներում:
Վարորդն ու ուղևորը, խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվածները և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել ր քրեական վարույթ:
Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում օգոստոսի 24-ին և 25-ին ոստիկանության Գորիսի և Եղեգնաձորի բաժինների ու Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչության աշխատակիցների համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում Գորիս քաղաքում հայտնաբերված 48 թաքստոցից առգրավվել է 48 փաթեթ՝ ընդհանուր 23,31 գրամ շոկո, 11,08 գրամ մետամֆետամին, 9,53 գրամ մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցներով:
24-ամյա երիտասարդը կալանավորվել է: Տնային կալանք խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել նրա 24-ամյա ընկերուհու նկատմամբ:
