Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 19-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 23:50-ի սահմաններում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի 34-ամյա Ռոուզբանանի Հ.-ն դիմել է ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին և հայտնել, որ նույն օրը ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում Սևանի «Սիրիկի մոտ» կոչվող հանգստյան գոտում, ամուսնու՝ Ռահմանի Վ.-ի հետ վարձակալել են մոտորանավակ, որով լճում կողաշրջվել են:
Այնուհետ օգնության նպատակով իրենց է մոտեցել մեկ այլ մոտորանավակ, ինքը նստել է այդ մոտորանավակը, սակայն վարորդն այն վարել է այլ ուղղությամբ, սկսել է ձեռքերով կպնել իր սեռական օրգանին, ամուր բռնել է իրեն և ասել, որ պետք է սեռական հարաբերություններ ունենան, ինչին ի պատասխան ինքը հրաժարվել է, ձեռքերով հարվածել են միմիանց, ապա մոտենալով ափին մոտորանավակից իջել և փախել է:
Ըստ աղբյուրի, ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված մոտորանավակը վարել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Վարդկես Պ․-ն։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնում ձևակերպվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք Վարդկես Պ․-ի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին:
