Սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Աղթամար կղզու Սուրբ Խաչ եկեղեցում կմատուցվի 12-րդ պատարագը

Մեկնարկել են Վանա լճի Աղթամար կղզու հայկական Սուրբ Խաչ եկեղեցում այս տարի անցկացվելիք պատարագի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները: Այս մասին հայտնում է ermenihaber-ը
Աղթամարի Սուրբ խաչ եկեղեցում 95 տարվա դադարից հետո Թուրքիայի զբոսաշրջության և մշակույթի նախարարության հատուկ թույլտվությամբ առաջին պատարագը մատուցվել էր 2010-ի սեպտեմբերի 19-ին։
Արարողությունը, որին մասնակցելու են հազարավոր զբոսաշրջիկներ Թուրքիայից և արտերկրից, այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 8-ին կանցկացվի արդեն 12-րդ անգամ։
Վանի հայազգի բնակիչ Գայանե Գևորգյանը Թուրքիայում լույս տեսնող «Agos» հայկական շաբաթերթի հետ զրույցում Թուրքիայում և ամբողջ աշխարհում ապրող բոլոր հայերին հրավիրել է ներկա գտնվելու եկեղեցում իրականացվելիք արարողությանը:
Նա նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ այս տարի էլ ավելի շատ մարդիկ կայցելեն Սուրբ Խաչ եկեղեցի:
Պատմ. Աղթամարի Սբ․ Խաչ եկեղեցին կառուցվել է 915-921թթ․ Վասպուրականի թագավոր Գագիկ Արծրունու հրամանով։ Եկեղեցին կառուցել է հայտնի ճարտարապետ, նկարիչ և քանդակագործ Մանվելը (Մոնուել)։ 1113-1895թթ այնտեղ գործել է Աղթամարի առանձին կաթողիկոսարանը, որի վերացումից հետո նրան պատկանող վանքերն ու եկեղեցիներն անցել էին Պոլսի հայոց պատրիարքարանին։ Կղզին ու եկեղեցին լքվել է 1915 թվականին Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից հետո։
Թուրքիայի մշակույթի և զբոսաշրջության նախարարությունը 2005 թվականին ձեռնարկել էր Վանի Գևաշ (պատմ․ Ոստան) գավառում վարչական տարածքում գտնվող Աղթամար կղզու Սբ․ Խաչ եկեղեցու վերականգնման աշխատանքները: Մոտ երկու տարի տևած վերակառուցման նախագծի համար շուրջ 4 միլիոն լիրա է ծախսվել: 2007-ին եկեղեցին այցելուների համար բացվել էր որպես թանգարան:
95 տարվա դադարից հետո 2010 թվականից ի վեր ամեն տարվա սեպտեմբերին՝ Խաչվերացի տոնին հաջորդող կիրակի օրը, Սուրբ Խաչ եկեղեցում պատարագ է մատուցվում: Սակայն 2015-2017 թվականների ընթացքում շրջանում քուրդ զինյալների և թուրքական զինուժի միջև պարբերական բախումների հետևանքով պատկան մարմինները պատարագ անցկացնել չէին արտոնել: Եռամյա դադարից հետո 2018-ին եկեղեցում կրկին պատարագ տեղի ունեցավ: Սակայն 2020թ. նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով պայմանավորված չթույլատրվեց պատարագ մատուցել, իսկ 2021թ. պատարագին թույլ տրվեց այցելել միայն սահամանափակ թվով հրավիրյալների և հավատարմագրված անձանց:
