ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Վանաձոր քաղաքում Արտյոմ Յարիբեկյանին ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու հանգամանքները. առերևույթ հանցանք կատարած անձի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2016 թվականի հունվարի 08-ին՝ ժամը 16:00-ին, «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ նույն ժամին «որովայնի առաջնային պատի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող» վերքով հիշյալ բժշկական կենտրոն է ընդունվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1982 թ. ծնված Արտյոմ Յարիբեկյանը:
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 08-ին՝ ժամը 14-ի սահմաններում, ավտոմեքենայով ճանապարհը փակելու պատճառով Վանաձոր քաղաքի Պարույր Սևակի և Ավետիսյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում Արտյոմ Յարիբեկյանի հետ վիճաբանել է նույն քաղաքի բնակիչ Է.Վարդանյանը, որի ընթացքում սուր ծակող-կտրող գործիքով դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 20-ին որոշում է կայացվել Է.Վարդանյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու վերաբերյալ: Նույն օրը վերջինիս նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ, օբեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու, հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Է.Վարդանյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
