Փաշինյանը դեմ է ռուսական միջնորդությանն ու եռակողմ հայտարարությանը

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր հայտարարել է, թե խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ այս փուլում Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանն աշխատում են երկկողմ ձևաչափով։ «Մեր բոլոր միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցությունը խաղաղության գործընթացում բարձր ենք գնահատում, բայց այս ընթացքում երկկողմ ձևաչափն իր արդյունավետություն է ցույց տվել»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ մասին ասել է նաև ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։
Դեռ օրեր առաջ կայացած հեռախոսազրույցից, պաշտոնական կարճ հաղորդագրությունից հետո 1or.am-ը կարծիք էր հայտնել, որ Փաշինյանը պարզապես փախչում է ռուսական միջնորդությունից, և այսօր նա աձամբ հաստատեց մեր եզրակացությունը։
Փաշինյանը նաև հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանի նախագահին ոչ անձամբ, դիվանագիտական խողովակներով առաջարկել է հանդիպում, որը տեղի կունենա երկկողմ ձևաչափով։ Բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ, քաղաքական գործիչներ փաստում են, որ երկկողմ ձևաչափում պարտված Հայաստանը ստարտային վատթար պայմաններում է գտնվում, իսկ Ռուսաստանը միակն է, որ կկարողանա զսպել Բաքվի ախորժակը։
ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններին ողջամիտ փաստարկները, կարծես, չեն հուզում։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանն այսօր խոսել է եռակողմ հայտարարությունից, մեղադրանքներ հղել Ռուսաստանին։
«Երբ ՌԴ գործընկերները խոսում են եռակողմ հայտարարության վերաբերյալ, ցավալի է տեսնել, որ նրանք գերիների հարցը շրջանցում են։ Եթե մենք եռակողմ հայտարարությունը խաղաղության գործընթացի հիմք ենք ընդունում, ապա պետք է հենց առաջին կետից ուսումնասիրենք, թո ով ինչ աշխատանք պիտի աներ ու չի արել»,- նշել է նա։
Խոսելով եռակողմ հայտարարությունից ստորագրությունը ետ կանչելու հնարավորության մասին՝ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ եթե ՀՀ–ն մտադրություն ունենա հրաժարվել 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9–ի հայտարարությունից, ապա այդ մասին կհայտարարի։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարության մեջ փորձ էր արվում ասել, թե տարածաշրջանի կոմունիկացիները չեն բացվում ՀՀ սաբոտաժի պատճառով, մինչդեռ, ըստ նրա` տարածաշրջանի կոմունիկացիաները չեն բացվել մինչև այս պահը, այդ թվում` ՌԴ մի շարք գործընկերների փաստաթղթի տրամաբանության հետ կապ չունեցող և դրան հակասող մեկնաբանությունների պատճառով։
«Հաճախ այդ մեկնաբանությունները հակասել են ՌԴ նախագահի` նոյեմբերի 9–ի ձևակերպումներին»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը։
