2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 27-ին Երևան քաղաքի բնակչից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 09:46-ին, անհայտ անձինք, կոտրելով մուտքի դռան փականը, մուտք են գործել Երևան քաղաքի Ավան վարչական շրջանում գտնվող իր բնակարան և փորձել են գողություն կատարել:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ ստացվել է բնակարանային գողության փորձի մասին պատշաճ հաղորդում՝ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-254-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ բնակարանի սեփականատերը դեպքի օրը գտնվել է Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում, որի ընթացքում, տանը տեղադրված տեսանկարահանող սարքի և իր հեռախոսում տեղադրված համապատասխան ծրագրի օգնությամբ, վերջինս արձանագրել է, որ ժամը մոտ 09:46-ին իրենց բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք են գործել երկու անձինք և գողություն են կատարում:

Բնակարանի սեփականատերը զանգահարել է իր հորեղբոր որդուն և տեղեկացրել գողության մասին, իսկ կինն անմիջապես զանգահարել է ոստիկանություն, ինչպես նաև՝ ահազանգել իրենց հարևաններին: Մինչ տուժողը կհասներ տուն, ահազանգից անմիջապես հետո նշված բնակարան շտապած հորեղբոր որդու, հարևանի, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության ծառայողների ջանքերով հաջողվել է վնասազերծել առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարող անձանցից մեկին։

Մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ տեղեկանալով հարևանի տանից այդ պահին գողություն կատարվելու մասին՝ հարևանուհին նախ՝ ձայն է տվել մյուս հարևաններին, ապա՝ մտել տվյալ բնակարան, որտեղ գտնվող տղամարդկանցից մեկը հարվածներ է հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ապա հանցակցի հետ դիմել են փախուստի: Այդ ընթացքում ժամանած տանտիրոջ հորեղբոր որդին, հարևանուհուց տեղեկանալով, թե որ ուղղությամբ են հեռացել տվյալ անձինք, հետապնդել է նրանց, հասնելով՝ խափանել նրանցից մեկի փախուստը, որին ձերբակալել են վրա հասած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները:

Պարզվել է ձերբակալվածի ինքնությունը, ով Վրաստանի 47-ամյա քաղաքացի է:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, կատարվել են առերես հարցաքննություններ, հետաքննության մարմնին տրվել է հանձնարարություն։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 47-ամյա տղամարդուն ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 252-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով։ Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը։

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, 47-ամյա տղամարդու հանցակցին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
